I ordered two meals and a milkshake with a so called manager by the name of Sara. After I paid and she filled by drinks she said next and before the next customer could approach, I said hold on I forgot a cookie. Instead she made me go to the back of the line which was 7 deep. So there I am standing in line again behind 7 people holding 2 bags and a drink holder with three drinks from my first order. Anyways after 8 minutes of waiting in line again, I tell the back house manager who walks by what happemed and he said he's on it. By that point I was next and said the backhouse guy got me and I told him what happened because it's terrible customer service. She said in a sarcastic tone, im his boss. I say I come in here every other day for breakfast and will tell the GM of my terrible experience. She said there'svnobody higher the her so basically nonverbal was trying to say there's nothing u can do. When I informed her how terrible of a customer experience she had given me she acted like she could care less and just walked away. She could have at least alologized or given me a discount on my cookies or something to show she cared even the least bit. Im a nonconfrontational guy but when someone treats me badly at my daily establishment and then claims there's no one to complain to bc she's the boss. In my 20 devoted years as a Chik Fil A fanatic, ive never experienced a manager treat me with so little concern or care. Sara, please take some classes on customer...
Read moreI used to work here and I would NEVER recommend this location of chick fil a to anyone. Some of the staff were nice, but there was obvious cliques amongst coworkers and they can tend to make others feel isolated. Not everyone were like this, but it was too often. Some of the managers were like this as well. Not to mention, when I first was hired, I was getting paid WAY BELOW the average hourly wage. I didn’t acknowledge that I was getting paid so low until my other coworkers privately announced their own hourly wage, which was a BIG difference in mine. There was a lot of drama and gossip in this franchise. I had been there for a year, but was only trained on 4 out of the 11 things. There were new trainees getting FULLY trained on things I’ve had to beg for YET not gotten the proper training for. Once a new manger arrived and took over the schedule, ALL hell broke loose. Instead of asking my flexibility presence, I was taken off schedule completely. I will not drop names, but everyone included in this statement KNOW who they are. Scott Malone is a very great gentleman that knows how to handle business , and I kindly advise you to watch who you rehire for this franchise once it’s back open. I perhaps should’ve spoke to him about this in advance, but it’s better off unsaid. So anyone applying here, I kindly suggest you keep this in mind. Watch your back around your coworkers, everyone doesn’t have your best interests, nor are they...
Read moreThe 2 stars is not only for this visit but for the visit before. For the past 4- 5 months I've been simply addicted to the Market salad. The last visit I ordered my usual salad , got 20 minutes across town... No Salad Dressing!!! Ugh! My last visit, I was actually asked did I want 2 salad dressings. I said sure. I get 20 minutes across town... 1 salad dressing and missing the granolas😑Many would ask why didn't you check the bag? I've been going to this place for years, 2- 3 times a week. I was so impressed and confident with them that I stopped checking my bag literally years ago. Parting ways with this Chck- fil- a is up there with getting a divorce. Yep... It's that serious. I stay too far from them for the missing condiments. If you've been in a chick- fil- a drive thru, you don't feel like getting out and standing in line to tell them they forgot something. And most of their condiment flavors are one of a kind. Sorry, but I'm...
