Starbucks — Restaurant in Memphis

This morning, 7/31/2022, at 5:55 A.M, I tried to walk in but the door was closed. There is a worker there (she's white, appx 5'4", about 25 years of age, with tattoos on arms) pointed at at the door. First I thought I opened wrong door so I tried another one, still closed. She was angrily walked to the door, pointed at the small sign, then turned around, shook her head and talked something to another worker. I usually come to this store around this time and it's always open on week days, but this's my first time I come on Sunday and didn't know they open at 6. I came in when they open 5 minutes after, I tried to ask her coworkers for her name but they didn't answer. I asked her for her name but she didn't give me either. This girl once made my coffee taste so bad that I had to pour all out and replaced with Circle K coffee, but I didn't come back to complaint because I thought she just made a mistake in a busy morning. Today she started a day with a bad attitude meaning this girl doesn't...

The drinks are great. However what I dislike is when you walk in a place and no one speaks to you. In customer service it is my belief you should be greeted as soon as you walk in a door. I know that with barista work it can be time consuming. This should not interfere with your ability to lift your head when you see someone walk in the door and say hi, someone will be with you in a moment. For me to have to wait three to five minutes for someone to greet me it kind of dampers the experience. I would like for this to change because this establishment has so much potential. It’s pretty clean and organized. Although it does take a very long time for drinks to be made as well. I’m just one of those people who are determined to get what I want when I want it and be patient and respectful because I have been in the service industry. I can’t say that others will...

I literally just left from up here. I arrived at 2:30 pm in the drive thru and their was at least 5 cars in front of me. By the time I actually get to the speaker was at 2:40 pm.I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me and say “Welcome to Starbucks what can I get started for you today” but NOBODY said anythIng. It was going on five mins now and I still wasn’t acknowledged. I understand that places get busy but let me know you will be with me in just a sec or something. It was 2:52 pm and I still wasn’t getting no response from inside the place.I called up there while I was sitting at the speaker but no one answered the phone. I then started to think they closed early or something. I eventually left at 2:55 pm because I have to go to work. I literally wasted thirty mins to just go home to no drinks. Waste of my time. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION...
