I placed an order and I got there to pick it up and they said that they didn’t have ANY of the order. Then after saying they were out of the food they said someone else picked it up. How someone else pick it up if I have to tell you the order information to get it? How they pick it up if you don’t have the food to make it? Nobody else has my name. It’s not common. Then they pulled my order up and I saw it on the screen and they cashed it out and charged me 41$ for an order I “couldn’t get”. How has someone else picked it up if you haven’t cashed it out yet? I know they’re still there and they won’t answer the phone to void my order or give me any information after they stopped responding through the drive thru. They answered the phone after I called 7 times and the woman was like “We waiting on our truck. We can’t make no food.” And all I was trying to do was explain my situation and figure out how to get my money back. But she hung up in my face. I want my money back if I’m not getting any part of my order. The people that work at this Wendy’s are always lazy and constantly saying they can’t do anything. Read moreI placed a to-go order in the Wendy's Mobile app to use the $1 Dave Single Coupon. I went inside and told them I placed the order, then waited in the dining area. 15 minutes later I went up and asked them what was going on, they told me they had not received my order yet. I pulled up the app and showed them the receipt that showed the order, the date, and the time the order was placed. They told me they still could not do anything. I tried to contact customer support to see what the problem was. While I was waiting for the live chat I showed them the credit card charge to prove that the order had been placed. The manager said "I don't care, I won't do anything until it shows on the screen". I used to work in fastfood. If a costumer's mobile order got messed up we would remake it because it was not worth squabbling about. I had proof of purchase, this manager did not care. After 30 minutes I asked again if he could not just make my $7.68 order because I wanted to go home. He responded with "are you going to order something or just stand there". I left afterwards. He locked himself out of his hiring account and handed me my Identifications back and told me to return on 06/25 at 10am instead of 9am so that I wouldn’t have a 1hour wait, like I did on 6/18. I get there and Darrel is not there and I am waiting again 45 min - 1 hour. One of the workers call him and he gets on the phone barely greeting me or saying anything so I’m like Hello, how are you? Is this Darrel he’s like Yessss?? I remind him about the interview. He goes I don’t remember you, neither do I remember telling you to come this Wednesday. I reminded him of everything that he said and we went over so he proceeds to FaceTime me and still says he doesn’t remember me. The worker said he did remember me and Darrel rudely says I will be there in about 30 minutes to check the books to see if I wrote your name down if not I didn’t hire you.
