KFC — Restaurant in Memphis

This use to be a nice place to eat but after today I will never eat there again. My mom was ordering our food and the woman repeated it back to her. We could barely hear her so my mom said it again for clarity. The woman starts yelling the order back at my mom so loud the speaker was shaking and disrespectfully added “That’s what I said” Totally uncalled for. Of course I had a few choice words for her yelling at my mom. But that’s not the end of it. We no longer wanted service from them because if you’ll yell at me for just repeating an order what would you do to my food? But as we pull off part of the staff and what looked to be the manager older brown skinned lady with a black apron start to yell in support of the cashier’s actions. I’m honestly still disgusted with that. After preparing my aunts funeral arrangements today I just wanted to enjoy a quiet lunch with my mom but instead I got into a spat at KFC with a disrespectful waste of skin and her coworkers. I ordered my food thru doordash and wasn't sure if I was to wait in drive thru or not so I saw the manager bringing an order out so I tried to ask her. She looked dead at me and walked thru the door. So I got in line got to the speaker and said I had a mobile order. PULL AROUND!!! Shouted out loudly at me thru the speaker. I pulled around get to the window she tells me the amount of $38.64 I said I had a mobile order she closes the window and hands me a big bag of food. I looked in it then said this isn't mine. She takes the bag comes back with my food I checked it I didn't move. She opens the window and says what now? I said I didn't get my drink. What did you have? I told her a large lemonade we only have one size drinks you couldn't have a large. Gives me the drink I leave. I get to the house and start eatting, the food was terrible. The popcorn chicken nuggets were burnt and no meat inside the spicy chicken sandwich no sauce on it at all the fries were cold and hard. The best part of the whole meal was the drink. I was so disappointed with my visit, I actually did not get any food because I had to leave because I was on lunch break. I decided to go in, because there were 2 cars in the drive-thru and noticed there was noone inside the store. Need I say noone ever came to the front. After about 5 minutes of waiting someone asked me what I wanted from the drive thru area, while they continued to assist the drive thru. After another 5 minutes and seeing they were still assisting the drive thru I had to leave because I was on lunch break and could not wait any longer. Might I add there was conversation between myself and the employee, which my answer remained the same which was give me anything, whatever is closest to you, my response to the EE asking me what was my 2nd side because they had no cole slaw. I think that was a stall tactic. I am frustrated an disappointed because I simply asked for 3 chicken wings mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and honey, which should not have taken long to get me out of there, but cars were pulling up to the drive-thru and being taken care of...
