Service was absolutely terrible. Well, Taylor who was working drive, was absolutely terrible. She had a horrible attitude before I even ordered which got worse while I ordered. Her attitude took a drastic turn for the worse when I asked to add mayo and lettuce to my crispy chicken. She replied with "that's a deluxe" I said "it costs more, I just want lettuce and mayo added, no tomato" She said technically it's a deluxe. I said I'm not paying for the tomato. She didn't argue it anymore. But had a horrible attitude. She refused to have any manners. I asked to make it a meal, her response "yup". I asked for ranch with the chicken nuggets, she responded with "wait one minute okay". She asked "anything else? First window" no thank you, she didn't even say what to do at the window. Just "first window". When I got to the window, she didn't say the total, she just held out her hand. I noticed she didn't have a name tag. She said "I forgot it at home, sorry"(super sarcastically) so I asked for her name, which she looked disgusted that I asked. I said "you're supposed to have a name tag, if you had it on I'd know you name so don't act like it's personal" she then gave me her name. Gave me my change and didn't say anything else. Nothing at all. I told her to have a good day, no response. The guy at the next window, EXTREMELY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. Read moreI came through the drive-thru around 9:30 tonight to get food on my way home. I was asked to pull forward because they were “making fresh nuggets”. That’s cool. I got home and was pulling everything out of the bag, including my “large” fry and the container was half empty. Normally I don’t complain, but the fries were cold and the “fresh” nuggets were room temperature. My boyfriend decided to give a call. He gave the full detail of the issue and then the gentleman on the phone goes “I’m sorry I couldn’t hear you, could you repeat everything you just said.” So my boyfriend repeats the issue and the person on the phone just asks for his name and our address, without apologizing or explaining himself. When my boyfriend asked why he needed an address, he said “this is how we file a complaint, we send a coupon unless you’re gonna come back here right now.” At this point it’s 9:50 pm and we’re not going back because they close at 10 and most likely have shut everything off already. This person had no hospitality or empathy. He was very disrespectful and clearly needs a lesson in customer service. Read moreThis McDonald’s never fails to disappoint after breakfast. I get my morning coffee almost daily with accuracy and good attitudes from staff and overall good fast food service. But every time I decide to come down after work I’m either sitting at home with messed up orders or I’m at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no one willing to take my order yet take orders in the other lane. Maybe that’s just bad luck with however the sensors and cameras work. The food is always made inconsistent and poorly compared to all the other McDonald’s in the valley. Today I simply ordered a mc flurry and a mc chicken and I get told I have to wait for the ice cream machine to get fixed which is fine stuff happens, but 10 people behind me get served within 15 minutes of waiting and I see mcflurries getting handed out in my rear view mirror. Now I’m home and you guys couldn’t even bother to put lettuce on my sandwich. I try to be nice and reasonable, I worked at McDonald’s once too. But I can’t take it anymore with this location.
