Review of Dominoâs Pizza â Manager Junior
I regret to say that my experience with Dominoâs tonight was one of the most appalling Iâve ever encountered with any business, and it needs to be addressed immediately. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service at this location, led by the manager Junior, is absolutely unacceptable and will not go unreported.
We waited over two hours for a pizza that never arrived. When we called to inquire, the staff, instead of offering solutions or even basic courtesy, were disrespectful and dismissive, keeping us on hold for 15 minutes at a time and hanging up on us multiple times. This level of behavior is beyond unprofessional and completely inappropriate for employees on the clock.
Adding insult to injury, our cousinâwho lives next doorâdid receive their pizza, but the driver, Allysa, didnât even knock or ring the doorbell, instead leaving it outside on the porch where it had a chance to go cold. This same driver was supposed to deliver our pizza, yet we were left empty-handed with zero communication or accountability from the staff.
When I called back from another phone to act as if I wanted to place an order, I was able to uncover more troubling behavior. The staff blatantly lied to us multiple times. They initially claimed they were just 5 minutes away, then later changed their story and said the pizza was âjust about to go out.â The lack of honesty and coordination is staggering.
After being fed up with the treatment, we ended up going to the Railroad Canyon location, where the service was seamless and absolutely perfect. We received our pizza without any hassle or disrespect. By the time the pizza from Juniorâs location finally arrivedâa full five minutes before we returned with the fresh one from Railroad Canyonâit was far too late. At that point, we were left questioning the integrity of the pizza delivered from Juniorâs location. Considering how disgruntled the employees were, we had no way of knowing if it had been tampered with. Needless to say, it went straight into the trash.
I let the staff know that I would be contacting corporate and informing them of this ordeal, including which calls to review. Rest assured, I am not stopping until this matter is escalated. The service tonight was not just poorâit was horrific. No customer should ever have to endure this type of experience, especially during the holidays when many of us are trying to enjoy quality time with family and friends.
Manager Junior, if you are reading this, I hope you understand the gravity of your teamâs failure to provide even the most basic level of customer service. I also want to make it abundantly clear to corporate that this location is not meeting Dominoâs standards. I expect to see changes and accountability as a result of this review.

I have order here before as a High-school student and never had a problem with them before, however, when my friends and I pitch in for a pizza before going off on break Domino's surprised me.... The night before I had pre-ordered and had a set time for our lunch so we can all enjoy a good time. When waiting outside the high school, we noticed the delivery boy was running late, so I called only to find that they had forgotten our order and were going to be 25 mins late. Our lunch was going to end soon and everyone who pitched in were not going to get to eat. I called back to see if I was able to get a discount for the late delivery, however, the person I was talking to told me that they can not delivery to a high schooler during class hours, but this was during lunch not class hours. This did not make any since because I had order 3 weeks ago without this problem or with that excuse. I then responded to just cancel my order.....his response----It is already on its way. He said that there was no way he would give me a discount, even after I explained the situation, and told me the only way I could get it was if the delivery was 30-40 mins; than rudely responded to me that it has only been 28mins late......THAT IS 2MINS FROM 30! His tone and reposes were disrespectful, and the way he treated me was very discriminating. I may be a high school student, but I am still a customer, who was willing to pay like any other customer. I was not giving him a hard time, but was seeking some fairness from their behalf. By the time I got the pizza, my friends had left, it was 37mins late, my lunch time was over and I argued for a discount again----only to get $3 off on a $21 meal. Apparently the employees had no straight answers and said the wait was 3 hours even tho online it gave me a wait times of 80 minutes. They proceeded to say the online system doesnât give a estimated time which it does. I then asked for a manager and was told all managers were extremely busy. I asked for a refund after the girl on the phone laughed and was rude about the whole situation. I asked her name and she hung up on me. I headed to the location and to my surprise all 3 âmanagersâ on duty were sitting outside gossiping about the situation that had just happened. I asked for a manager in the store and they said all managers were on lunch and sent a regular employee to assist me. I asked for managers names or a general manager .(I was also told the GM was sitting outside ) Nobody knew anyoneâs name. The managers wanted absolutely nothing to do with helping me . On a busy night I donât understand why all managers would be on break at the same time that seems extremely odd. No one wanted to be held accountable for the service I had received over the phone. It was a total mess. They need to reconsider what kind of people get promoted. I genuinely felt bad for the employee who was sent to assist me. He had not been the one who gave me rude customer service on the phone or was even a manager he was just pushed to help a escalation. This will be taken to corporate and I will see to it that the management here is held accountable.
