I use Door Dash to order from here almost every morning. About 5-7 times a week for the last several months and spend at least $500/month at this location. I order the same two drinks every time. 1 hot latte and 1 iced latte. They only make the drinks correctly about 50% of the time. When I look at the ticket on the delivery bag it appears that the store receives an order from Door Dash and then an employee enters the order into their system because in the app I order one hot latte and one iced latte, but on the ticket it usually says 2 iced lattes. Sometimes even the food is wrong; for example if I order 4 sausage wraps it only got entered as 1. So this represents a lack of training for the employees at this location. I dispute the charge in the app but it gets redundant when itâs happening everyday and I can never get what I order. I have even reordered just a hot latte by itself and they still make an iced one. So frustrating. I have tried calling this location multiple times to speak to a manager about how they can remedy this situation so I can continue to give them my business but nobody ever picks up the phone and it just goes to an automated answering machine. My birthday was this past Friday January 13. I am a loyalty member. I contacted Dunkins a few different ways and after one week I received no response. I contacted again today through a different social media outlet. I also provided the date of my birthday. I explained the situation of not receiving my birthday reward from Dunkins. Instead of apologizing, they tell me that I can get points, the day before, the day off, and the day after my Birthday. I explained to them again, that my birthday was one week ago, so that wasnât an option for me.    Read moreI just want to start by saying I order from here frequently, well this morning I placed a mobile order while in line because they had a long line, I placed an additional order for a lemonade and egg bites. I didnât realize they said may contain allergens when I ordered the egg bites. My son has a peanut/tree nut allergy so I apologized 3 times to the guy at the window and cancelled the egg bites. Meanwhile I hear the lady in the back making rude remarks about me and then saying ârushing for nothingâ. I just want to say Iâm a general manager for another eating establishment and you have the worst attitude and donât belong in customer service.
