Jamba — Restaurant in Menifee

WORST place ever!!! I do agree with one reviewer questioning if they are really a Jamba Juice. They have certainly given that company name a bad reputation.

They've had one good, actually Great, employee, and he left because of how the place is ran. I was always relieved when I would see him there.

Most of the people who work there are rude, unfriendly and quite possibly incompetent or poorly trained and certainly not held accountable. When you try to tell them something, they become terribly offended. They don't open on time at least 4 or 5 times I've been there (sometimes as much as over an hour late), are not prepared for the work day, and I have found out that they lie saying they don't have oatmeal at that location. I am charged 30 cents more for my drink than at any other location within a 20-mile radius. I've been in there many times and only one blender was working. They are consistently out of ingredients.

I've talked with a woman who said she was the manager, and she told me they were working on improving, and then this morning...

I had the rudest and most disrespectful young woman who threatened to call the police on me. I believe she may have once spit in the drink she was making for me. (I ended up just throwing it out - never called her on it because I couldn't be sure). After 10 +/- minutes of her flirting with the customer ahead of me and them cleaning up, she is finally going to take my order. She didn't like my questions (so I was the one with the attitude she didn't like), and I believe she's decided from our past history she doesn't like me because I have called out the tardiness in the store. I start to order, and she interrupts me stating she's going to call the police. I couldn't get a number of a manager from her. She says she feels her life is in danger. I told her I would call them. She whips out her phone. I did nothing to threaten her, i. e., yelling, cursing, advancing, no hand gestures or even a raised hand nor a verbal threat. She is NOT going to take my order. I did absolutely nothing that could be construed as a threat.. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I've left my number with Jamba Juice Complaints to be contacted, and I have contacted Menifee Police Department. I'm waiting for their return calls. This young woman should not be working with the public.

I contacted the Jamba Juice in , I believe, Murrieta on California Oaks (well ran, friendly people who know what they're doing and charge less for the same drink), and the manager there reported she has gotten lots of complaints from customers about the Menifee store. I don’t usually leave reviews because I hate being a Karen... but i visited this Jamba Juice, I went inside to place my order and was asked to wait outside because they were at capacity. (2people, there were 4 girls waiting inside for their drinks) to which I asked if I could place my order and wait for it outside and was told by a woman in a black collared shirt no, I had to wait for them to finish all the orders in front of me before they could take my order. Because they were doing orders one by one so I had to wait regardless and refused to take my order. So I went outside, but later asked for a piece of paper to write it down so I could wait (I was in a hurry). And again I was made to wait.

Finally they fulfilled the order for the girls and jameelah(who was very nice, the stars are only because of her) took my order. And began to make my drinks. A young man was waiting in the restaurant (he came in shortly behind me) the same woman that refused to take my order took his right away. Now I hate to pull the race card but I really feel like she didn’t want to take my order because I’m black. So I asked if it was just me that she didn’t want to take the order from and she said no we’re just taking the orders one by one. I said but you said you couldn’t take my order and I had to wait but he did not. I’m not sure that I’ll visit this location again. There are plenty of other jamba juices. I’m hoping she was just having a bad day. But I felt like I was treated really poorly by who I assume is a manager of this location.

I used to go to the Jamba at The Outlets at Orange every day on my lunch break. The smoothie bowls were always exceptionally good! I moved and now the closest Jamba location is in Menifee. I was craving a smoothie bowl so boyfriend brought me one on his way home. I don't know exactly what changed, but it was terrible. The first thing I noticed was that there was hardly any smoothie in the bottom of the bowl. I looked at my boyfriend's. His hardly had any either. I'm not sure if it was a mistake by the employees, or Jamba changed the recipe, but that was a huge disappointment. I'm used to the bowl being filled with smoothie, almost to the top, and then beautifully loaded with fresh fruit. The bowls we ordered today looked like they had maybe 3/4 - 1 cup of smoothie? And it was frozen in certain areas and the smoothie tasted like blended ice, not fruit. Mouthfuls of blended ice and fruit does not taste good. There didn't seem to be much fruit added either. Overall it was a bummer and I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I'll try a different location and if they taste like that again I'll just have to find a new smoothie place. This was my boyfriend's first time finally trying one after hearing me rave over these smoothie bowls. His tasted just like mine and he didn't like it. I doubt he'll order one for...
