Pros: amazing variety and selection Cons: terrible people and customer service. My family and I came in to buy supplies for our sons 4th birthday. When we were ready for checkout, we pulled our cart next to the conveyor belt and the cashier, whose name is FAE, rudely told my husband and I “our store is closing up in 7 minutes so if you don’t hurry up you can’t buy anything and you need to leave.” We were so shocked at her tone and attitude that we didn’t even know what to say. We just continued to put our items on the conveyor belt. Meanwhile, our son was playing with a blue star balloon that was already inflated. We told him out loud, and the cashier, FAE, could hear us tell him to put it back, which he eventually did. We noticed FAE charged us for a ghost that we did not put in our cart, so I asked her to take it out. Fast forward to an hour later, my husband is looking at the receipt and he says that the cashier, FAE, charged us for the ghost AND for the blue star balloon. Unbelievableeee. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had!!! I posted a photo of our receipt with a blue arrow pointing at the extra items she charged us!! I will be calling management...

I told her I found fake nails out of box that had been stolden cashier try to tell me I did it. I was mad already then she started in on I'm having a fantastic day to bad others are not like you. I called the store 12/26/23, they gave me a phone # to call. I've called, a lady working customer service for the doller tree has left a few emails to her company, I've sent an email as well. I've called many, many times to help me. No one, will email me back or call me back. I have the receipt and the cardboard card, but, I'm missing a few numbers.
