Happens way too often here. Tiny bits of meat… wish they’d do better. If you want decent portions at all just order extra meat…. I decided to give them a call and ask them politely if they can remake my food.. I was told to bring it back in and that if the food isn’t touched they will remake it. The lady also mentioned that they weigh out the meat for each bowl which was highly unbelievable to me since each and every bowl I’ve gotten with them lack consistency. Anyways, when I arrived I tried to hand my bowl to the younger Hispanic lady working at the register and told her I would like it remade and that I called earlier.. she sat and stared at me for about 30 seconds looking as clueless as ever. Not sure if she understands English but it was a very uncomfortable experience. I was very patient but each time I insisted on getting my food remade with proper portions there was some excuse for whatever reason. Long story short, they are not solution oriented. I’ve worked in fast food and the customer is always “right” to avoid confrontation… even though I came with a legitimate reason to have my food remade, they acted completely ignorant.. lastly, I asked for a refund instead since there was so much confusion and I was told that there’s only 2 people working right now and we will give you a call later.. not sure what that means but I left with no food or a refund. wish them well though.
