Arby's — Restaurant in Menomonie

I wish I could give them 100 stars I would!! It was 7:45 on a Friday. My kids had not had dinner yet and were starving as they usually have dinner well before that.I had ate in the dining room.at McDonald's like a month ago. So we went there, I got my kids out of their carseats only to find the doors locked. Wendy's was next door so I went there, doors locked. I went back to McDonald's, both drive-thru lanes were insinuating they were closed. Back to Wendy's drive thru. I wait 6 min for them to say sorry we are closed. My 2 year old is full blown flipping out for food. I see Arby's, head straight for the drive-thru that had about a 4 car line. I notice a couple walk inside. Thank you!!! Thank you! We go inside and eat. Thank you Arby's for being open at 8pm on a Fri and especially thank you for being open inside!! As a mom of 2 toddler kids, you don't know how much that ment! Arby's will absolutely with out a doubt be our first choice from...

I can though and ordered 5 meals which is over $40 for all and they forgot my motz sticks so I called as it’s drive thru only and they said they would run them out as they had a line. I came home and I ordered the wings that I have been on the daily that come in a bowl not with my fries. They put them in a box together (meant for fish meals) and it all all leaking out the bottom which in turn ruined my pants and fries…I called and was told that’s just how they do it..when I said no I always get them in a bowl container as they should be and he argued with me. I unfortunately have to call the general manager tonight as she isn’t in but nothing was done about it he (make manager on duty) honestly just called me wrong. Not impressed with how much I spend and prolly won’t...

Called here three times over the course of months. Tried getting seating. No dine in.

Done drive thru several times. Either the food was prepared wrong or was cold. Several times, the order was prepared wrong. Nothing has gotten better regarding this building. I am not coming here anymore.

One, don't lie about your dining area open anymore. It's not open ever. It's not covid Era anymore. Stop lying. We want to eat in once and awhile. You have inconvenienced us enough.

Two. Fix your food prep. Three, fix your order prep. Four, quit lying to us about the dining room. We all know you do it to reduce op costs and get...
