They close prematurely without warning and really just don't have a functioning store or crew at this rate. They should realize that in a customer service setting/industry that communication is important if not the MAIN aspect of their company's success. If your app AND Google says you are open until 10 and can come and get food until 10pm and you close almost a half hour early, you are losing business. And for what?? Do your closers just want to get out early so they screw the company over by closing early for their convenience? How is this even allowed by management? Came to edit because I went through again because I love wendys and thought I'd try again. As usual, they got my order wrong (happens every time) and I complained on the app and requested they get back to me. At least a month later and not a word has been communicated to me. Not only is their service horrible, but they won't do anything to help fix horrible experiences caused by them. I am always missing something from the order and have to waste my time going back through the slowest moving line I've seen for a fast food place. Save your money, or go elsewhere.    Read moreThis location is easily one of the worst I have frequented. I understand that the labor situation is not great right now, but since we moved to Menomonie last summer, I have been constantly disappointed with this Wendy's.
About half the time they forget something. Sometimes they give you the wrong size fry or forget a straw or ketchup packets, (even if you ask for them at the window), but last night was the straw that broke the camels back.
My girlfriend stopped in the drive through on her way home and ordered food for us. When she got home, she discovered they forgot her sandwich. Not wanting to drive all the way back AGAIN to get some forgotten item, she called the store to ask for a refund or some other remedy and nobody answered. This is obviously understandable during a dinner rush, but after leaving a message and not hearing back for more than 24 hours now, I think it is safe to say that this stores management doesn't care enough about retaining our business, and so they won't.
I am not sure if anyone from the company reads these things, but hopefully some effort will be given towards improving order accuracy and customer service. I'll try again in a year...
   Read moreThe reason that i gave it a low rating is not because of the food. My family and I came in a little before 4 pm 8/30/19. When we walked to the register there was a young man and girl talk at the register. The young man asked the girl if she could cover the rest of his shift. This girl said ya. Then our order was taken. We got our food and sat down and ate. While we was eating the Assistant Manager Hope yell at this young man (black with lots of curly hair) that if he left then he wouldnt have a job. He try explaining that the girl was covering his shift. Hope proceeds to yell at him saying the girl yold her she didnt want to stay so if he left he would lose his job. Needless to say this young man did leave. The mi ute he walked out the door all of the staff was calling him names and talking very badly about him and it was initiated by the assistant manager. I find this highly unprofessional. That should have been discussed in private not in front of customers. Also no customer should have to deal with that when they go somewhere to eat. If that young man did get fired then that is bullshit but hopefully he find a better job where they will treat him with...
