Savoria Bar and Grill was a great unexpected surprise tucked away in the Holiday Inn. We wanted to try something new and local for our date night and Savoria popped up on my search. My husband and I were not disappointed. Chris was our mixoligist and he was amazing. He was very professional, gave great suggestions and made us feel very welcomed. My beverage of choice was the devils margarita and it was delightful. For food choices, we had the potato skins, some curly jojo like fries, and wings. The potato skins were my favorite they were made with the smoked pork belly instead of bacon. They were fresh and the bbq smoked pork belly gave them a different unique taste. The fries were delicious and had a little kick of spice that I enjoyed. The wings flavors were cajun and hot garlic parm. These wings were a little too big for my liking but the sauce on them were extremely flavorful. The hot garlic parm had just right kick of spice and very savory and they were also fried perfectly. The atmosphere was a nice for a chill kick back spot. My husband and I will definitely...
Read moreFirst time here with a group of 5 coworkers. Made reservations for a Friday at 5. Was seated right away. It was not crowded. The guy who greeted me and one of my coworkers sat us and brought drink and dinner menus. No one came over and asked if we wanted to order drinks. The other coworkers started to file in. It was 5:30 and no one came over to take our order. Finally, one on my coworkers walked over to the bar and asked for a server. The guy who seated us took the drink and dinner order for all of us. After about 10-15 minutes, we received our drinks/salads. Finally the food started to come out. I ordered the NY Strip steak medium well. Let's just say it was medium rare. When the server came over to ask how was everything, I mentioned my steak was not prepared to my liking. They offered to take it back and put it on the grill. I declined due to how long they took to serve us. They did take $15 off my bill for the inconvenience. This was probably some of the worse service I had in a while. Don't think I was...
Read moreMy husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this restraunt tucked into the Holiday Inn Express. The food was excellent and so was the service. We had conversations with a few staff members and they were so nice and had great suggestions. We live in the area but had not heard of this hidden gem. Every item is reasonably priced and delicious.
I had the pierogies and sausage and the pierogies are fresh, homemade and cooked and seasoned perfectly. I added the sausage and it was also very tasty.
Pork Belly Potato Skins were so good. The pork belly was tender and added The perfect amount of flavor.
Husband had the Bousin Chicken. It was cooked perfectly and the cheese on it had an amazing flavor and went great with the herb roasted potatoes too. For his other side he got the blue cheese coleslaw and that was delicious too.
We truly loved each item we tried and there many other items on the menu that we want to try we will for sure...
