Unprofessional to an ungodly degree. You need more smarts than this to care for living creatures. I was so confused so frequently because it turns out most of what was being said to me was either gossip or a sad attempt to be cruel for some reason? Like I realize now especially that for some people that's a favorite pass time- but we were at work? Not pass time? I still can't understand it myself but that's a good thing really. I never got anything straight because of it and everyone was just mad lol. Disability discrimination was the daily usual. I'd never in my entire professional life experienced that so, again I grew more confused. Working full time in all that and then being obsessively contacted outside of that (not even for work, just more harassment) it's clear how easily someone would become unnervingly suicidal. I'm just so happy now that I'm finally far away from the hell. It's hard to believe it was such a small fraction of time in the grand scheme of things. They put so much effort into hurting for what? Just a bad memory. I truly worry about the couple of girls in charge sinking their teeth into the next victim and then that routine continuing. I hope any attempt at working here is quickly followed by better opportunities. Leave as soon as the abuse is obvious. It's obvious because they know exactly what their doing, don't question it. It's scary to recall how possible it is for a little group think to kill a person. The fights, the fires, the injured people being payed off (myself included w/receipts), and the injured pups... it's all because the true passion lies elsewhere and it's somehow stronger than the urge to provide and care for the animals right in front of their faces. I wanted to be one of the few to take care of the illegally overfilled lot. I was very stubborn in trying to do so. Taking care of it all on my own was a sisyphean task. Not to say I didn't reach out for help but that only ever made a task more impossible. Exactly as they wanted. I was a monkey on a string. The entertainment without ever being communicated to that I was only there as a punching bag to be used when the boredom or self hatred kicked in. I truly considered saying just go ahead and make it official if they really wanted to... but I'll be needing a raise for that new position lol. I'm sorry to myself for ever considering it. Just because I knew how much nonsense it all was didn't mean it didn't cut deep. And over time that depth was unmanageable. And now I sadly have first hand experience in planning out a way to die. Like making certain the action would kill me and not just be injured. That's not something anyone should have to experience. All I can say is don't ignore all the warning signs. It's easy for a sensible person to put it off as a bad day or maybe hearing the hate speech wrong. It's strange and you can't make sense of it. I know now that's because there is no sense in it. Hopefully your pet does not end up stuck here, they deserve better...
Read moreWeâve been sending our Saint Bernard here for daycare, boarding, and grooming. We have been pleased with all the services received. Daycare has been a great socialization opportunity for her since we adopted her from a rescue and unsure of her history, and sheâs been playing so nicely with all dogs and humans. They also have monthly themed enrichment days where the dogs get to do fun activities and even make crafts. We switched over to their grooming services earlier this year and the price is beyond reasonable for a giant breed dog, much less money than our prior groomer. Megan is wonderful with her and does a fantastic job cleaning her up each time. We also have boarded her several times and we were so happy how they went above and beyond to make sure my dog was adjusted to being away from home. Weâre crazy dog parents who leave long lists and instructions and they have our full confidence anytime we leave her here. I also like that the dogs are in daycare during the week of boarding and not left in the crates all day. Thereâs cameras throughout the facility so you can check in with your dog most of the time. They require up-to-date vaccines and yearly stool tests, also adding to my peace of mind. Highly recommended to check out if you want your dog to have an opportunity to play and socialize with other dogs in a friendly...

i booked for the wrong location so they were kind enough to fit my dogs in for a trial day last minute. credit where credit is due. though that is the only nice thing i really have to say about this place.
they put my aussies in the kennel most of the day, i rarely saw them on the camera even though i spent the whole day monitoring it. they werenât even a little bit tired when they got home. they also donât separate the small and large dogs to my knowledge. so when they called me to say that my aussie was âgoing afterâ one of the smaller dogs, i was surprised. i mentioned that they are never around small dogs to them prior. when i asked them to specify, they said that nothing happened. i want details if there is a behavioral concern.
they also told me my other dog was too âconfidentâ. heâs a very talkative dog. they also said there was nothing that came of that.
look, i wasnât there, but based on what they are telling me, they didnât seem to have much patience for normal dog behavior.
iâm not gonna pay for my dogs to be in a kennel. thatâs ridiculous. my aussies need more than that. just donât bring a high energy dog here, they clearly canât handle the inconvenience that comes with the job.
not to mention that the staff is pretty unfriendly. wonât be coming back, but iâm sure they are...
