Subway — Restaurant in Mentor

An employee (who is overweight; sorry she got no name tag) was very unwelcoming. She makes you feel that as though you are bothering her by wanting to order something. Her face expressions make you as if you have to be quick and get out. I filed a complaint already. I encourage customers to not neglect such unprofessionals and rude individuals to survive at such nice franchise. I eat at different Subway locations frequently; but this was my first visit to this one. There are all pretty consistent that I notice. The staff was really friendly at the particular location. Overall was a real pleasant experience, except for the fact that it wasn't the cleanest location I've been to. I guess because of a busy day, I can allow for that. I would visit again...

Need a negative reaction! Horrible customer service! Cocky manager! Four subs and one was somewhat right. Used door dash. How was I supposed to return their mistake?
