This place is a DISGRACE, I walked in and was not greeted first of all, then the young Indian man that took my order was not wearing gloves or a hat while making my food and on top of that was itching his head in the middle of this, the employees did not seem like they wanted to be there, I don’t blame them though, I walked over to fill my drink and looked at the thermostat it was 98 degrees in the place, how do you let your employees work in this heat…. Now my food finally arrives after waiting 10 minutes though not another customer was in the store, I sit down to eat, EVERYTHING was covered in grease in this place, the counters and the tables, even the. Condiments and napkin holder, there was hair in my food (probably from the young Indian man itching his head mid cooking)and the food was terrible anyways, it was like mush on a bun with no flavor, worst part is it was on the chair and I had an oil print on the behind of my pants from sitting on the chairs in this place, so when I returned to work people saw that and my pants were ruined, to top all that off this place was so smokey and I smelled like smoke when I arrived back to my work place, someone needs to call the lake county...

Hamburger Helper on a bun!! This food was absolutely disgusting. Nothing like an actual Philly cheesesteak! It was a bunch of meat mixed together with what seemed like generic processed cheese slices like you but from the store. It looked repulsive and tasted like meat and cheese goo. No flavor at all. Actually, I’d rather buy hamburger helper and put that on a bun and eat it instead of what I got at this place. The fries were so salty, they actually chapped my lips. The best thing I got was the Dr Pepper .The service was also terrible. The lady at the register was bland and borderline rude and the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, and it showed in the food!! For $22 id have rather eaten my credit card for dinner. One and done for me at this place. Never again!! Wish I had taken a picture of the food to show you this barf on a bun! I’d recommend if you read this to pass on this place, there’s plenty other decent places to get a bite to eat in Mentor. This place won’t be around long if what I got was...

Stood in line for opening day, and was impressed with everything, except the food which I’ll rate 4/5. The tater tots were excellent, however the loaded tots tasted the same as the regular tots. I’d say the only difference would be the spice level with the spicy mayo (which is a sriracha mayo). We both got the Cheesesteak, and we both thought the steak surprisingly lacked in actual flavor, but was still good. The beer battered fries were great as well. Looking forward to trying other things. Staff awesome and welcoming, definitely a crew that has trained a lot for opening day and it shows.
