I'm sorry to have to give a star. I am clearly disabled and I have been since I was 10. I have a well trained, well behaved, well groomed service dog. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old and she has saved my life my times then I can count. She goes everywhere, and I mean everywhere with me, court, hospital, etc. I go into this restaurant and the cashier tells me I can't have my dog in there. I answered, "Yes, I can, she is my service animal." My husband goes in there and orders $40. In food and she says to my husband, " Are you with her?" In a really disrespectful way. He tells her he is and she tells him we need to sit by the door. I ordered a salad, so I want to sit by the salad bar, away from the others eating in there, also. So, another lady comes out and tells me I can't have my dog in there. I tell her she is my service animal, she even has her tag on. So, she tells me we need to sit by the front door, where most of the other people are sitting, and I would have to walk by other guests to get my salad. I told her that sounds like discrimination to me. We got a refund and left. They were totally rude, the grip of them and it really embarrassed me. Like, I walked out crying, because they didn't even take me to the side to talk quietly to me, she chose to blast it, instead, in front of the other customers, Hella loud.
They will hear from my lawyer. Can I Ask about the Service Dog
When a service animal comes into your establishment, it’s acceptable to inquire whether the animal is indeed a necessary service animal if it is not plainly marked and what the specific function the service animal performs. That’s it. Your staff cannot judge whether or not the animal is necessary, nor can they ask the customer to furnish documentation, perform the task or inquire about the customer’s disability. Certification paperwork is not required and there’s a cottage industry of websites, which charge money for unneeded paper certifications.
Where Can a Service Dog Walk In a Restaurant?
Service animals are there to provide additional accessibility. This means they must be allowed to move through any public space your customers usually have access to including salad bars, buffets, and food...
Read moreGood pizza but after that all else downhill. From out of town attending an event and needed a quick bite before. Looked up pizza places and saw Mountain Mike's on Olive & M. Since our hometown one is great, we figured any Mountain Mike's would be. Unfortunately, not so. it cost over $45 for a medium 3 topping pizza, two draft beers, and two one-trip salads. When I ordered the salads, I was asked if I wanted one-trip or all-you-can-eat so ordered the one-trip. Was not told and didn't see that they both cost the same ($7.00 ea). CRAZY!! Salad quality was really cheap and poor. Weren't given plates and didn't see any out. Had to go back to front and ask for them. Silverware was all plastic and hidden in a cheap plastic file box. Place was crowded and pretty messy all around. To be nice and coming from a customer service background, I will just say that the staff needs to be better trained... They just seemed confused about it all. Won't be going back to this one and a good lesson that all Mountain Mikes are not the same.... Think they must be franchises as we've never paid this...

We called the next day and the following day, and we could not get an answer. Spoke with two store managers and it has been 4 days and no answer provided about my daughter's pack we left at the business. We took a picture at the business for memory and we can see that my daughter had her Fannie pack at the Mountain Mike's Pizza, and when we went to our vehicle, we did not have it. We are hundred percent sure we left it at the business. We asked the store manager to look at the camera and provide us copy who took our pack, and no...
