Koung Sushi Mart — Restaurant in Meredith

The menu has great options for different types of rolls and bowls. I was surprised to see ramen and poke. We got the California Roll and the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. The food was amazing - hit the spot. It’s definitely a spot I would come back to. The service was really genuine and wholesome. The owner is so sweet and works very hard. I would come back for the service alone , but the food is just as good , if not , better. The only thinggg - the restaurant could use some more dining area. There’s one table and a few seats , but I don’t think this is something that should stop someone from visiting at all. The space is really cute and has a lot of potential. As an out of town tourist, I have to say, this place was a very pleasant and very welcome surprise. I've had a lot of sushi throughout my travels and this place has some pretty good stuff. I had the G4 which consisted of a Cali Roll, a "spicy Cali crispy roll" and 4 pieces of nigiri. Of my experience nigiri is not optional when enjoying good sushi. I had to get it and man it was good. This place is pretty affordable, to boot.
