Dunkin' — Restaurant in Meriden

This is the worst dunkin in Meriden. A bunch of kids work here that don’t know what they’re doing or don’t know how to simply take orders. The manager excuse for them consistently messing up orders is “ they’re kids “. Kids who knew what they were signing up for and who have attitudes when you tell them that’s not what you asked for or they made something you’re paying for wrong. The manager Kristi or whatever her name is , has a very nasty attitude and threw a bag at me when I told her I asked for A WARM BAGEL. Not a bagel that’s been sitting out for a hour. They give you old food ! cold food ! Over burnt food too. They give everything but what you ask for/pay for. The adults in the place do nothing be in they’re phone as well. I sat at the window waiting for 10 minutes the other day for someone to give me the correct don’t because they were goofing around. This place isn’t a restaurant is a big play ground for these “adults”. I now have to drive across town everyday to another dunkin just to get better service and better...

Lack of communication that people work there ! I’ve been there twice and both times worse Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. The first time I ask for small dark roast extra cream cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese and a medium green tea . The dark roast was Bitter, tasted old , didn’t drink it ! The bagel had barely any cream cheese. The green tea I had to Keep telling them hot green tea . Today the second time on Saturday they had no The two for five croissant sandwiches, which I thought was strange on a Saturday. I asked for a large green tea and they give me one teabag. For a place that ONLY DOES DRIVE THRU, the people working here are ALWAYS messing up the orders. AAAAAAAAAAALLWAYS!😐 They either forget the sugar, caramel, splenda, ect. The cream cheese on the bagle! Something! The owner needs to fire all of them and get NEW PEOPLE that know how to read, follow directions, know how to make someone's coffee the way it was told to them.
