If you are in your 30s reliving your freshman years through fashion, this is your spot. All jokes aside, if you do still care to be on trend, this is a go-to for statement pieces. Wouldn't call it timeless or top quality but definitely a step above other fast fashion stores as far as quality goes. I love the atmosphere, but I also only shop during off times, so I'm not sure how obnoxious it is when it's busy. I think it's reasonably priced for most items except their recycled pieces, which I do find to be a cool idea just inflated...

Katlin is a terrible manager and urban outfitters should consider who they want representing their company. Katlin and the other people sat there talking while I was waiting to be checked out, no one checked in on me in the fitting rooms. They also would not honor their sale price and told me tough luck. The item I picked up was in the sale section and had other ones in the sale section. I have never been treated so poorly at an uo before. I will be escalating this because no one should be treated poorly when you are spending...

This store is wild, y'all. Like they were tryna seel me satin slip dresses when it was like 14 degrees out. This is the UO in the Village so it is full of soccer moms, which is weird and not what I imagine their target demographic to be, but whateves you do you soccer moms. There was literally nothing in there that I wanted to buy 🤷‍♀️ but I got some good laughs at it...
