Garden & Grill — Restaurant in Meridian

Spent $39 on this food for the family and very disappointed in the portion size that this restaurant consistently delivers this is the 3rd time that I have visited this restaurant in the past 3 months. Each time the owner puts one scoop of rice one scoop of noddles in this combo. Which amounts to a 1 cup portion of rice or noddle or the combo of both. For the amount they are charging this is not worth the amount spent. The rice was dry and noddles were chopped in small pieces. On the other hand the meat portion is fine and taste is good . I’ve never been to a Chinese restaurant that is stingy on Rice portions usually they give you so much you have enough for a second serving later which makes you want to return. Didn't even try the food as it was so unclean. Lady was wearing one glove, but touching food with both hands. Flies everywhere, even visible in the food. The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice was the same color as the carrots? Watched her serve the person in front of me and just left it was so bad. Used one spoon for the orange chicken, then scooped the vegetables with it, and put it back, then used her unloved hand to grab the watermelon and put it in the box. Very unclean behind the counter. I often come to eat here because it is close to work and I only half 1/2 hour lunch. Today at 2:34 I was served leftovers from their lunch rush. The chicken and crab rangoon was hard and was not able to eat it. I took it back wanting a refund the 3 women employees starting being negative to me about it and I should eat it or they can top it off with more. They claimed I ate most of it so I couldn't get a refund all I ate was the egg roll and some rice. They are shady and nasty people I will not go back. I assumed after eating there all the time they would make it right but...
