So my husband and I went here for our 5th year being married. 12 years of being together anniversary. I had a close friend that comes here recommend it to me. He comes once a month probably. I can see why. I is very nice. I enjoyed my visit over all. I did. I just wish we were seated with nicer people.. that's the only disadvantage with this side. You kinda.. get what you get. They made us feel a little uncomfortable, the people we were sat with.. spent 120$ so I feel we should've maybe been given the choice and be asked personally. Not infront of the other people. Atmosphere 2* But we got the habachi. It was extremely hot but what can you expect there. Other the these two things. The service was wonderful. The lady we got was very nice. I wish she would've asked what dressing I wanted on my salad and what kind've soup I wanted. She did not. But it's ok. What she brought was still very good! So it worked out! We ordered the spring rolls and the dumplings. I ate a couple of the spring rolls. They were delicious. Enjoyed them. Were nice and crunchie. And that orange sauce. Loved! Then I ordered the Lobster and veggie habachi. My partner got double steak. The portions for the steak seemed to not be so much.. But he said what he got was very yummy! Good job there on cooking it. He wanted it medium. He got that! With mine.. I got tons of lobster and veggies. My Lobster was done very nicely. Was mouth wateringly good. The fresh vegetables were beyond delicious. The rice and egg and sauces. All a check ✔️ ✅️ Could've ordered the rice alone and it would bave been good. The tea, perfect amout of sugar in it. Was good as well. The girl that was serving us brought us out an ice cream together for our anniversary. She surprised us with that. Very kind. Thank you for the wonderful service. That was a 4. Just because I wish she would've sat us maybe different. (These people came in last minute) the people looked angry and looked at everyone at the table like they hated them. So rude people these days. 😂 Was very uncomfortable. . But other then that the service was wonderful. Thank you for that. The cook we got put on a 10 out of 10 show. The food is a 5. Very good. Very fast. Did not have to wait long at all. Maybe 5 minutes in between them checking on us. Very good. I didn't get to check the bathrooms out. Was too hot in there. Over all. I will be returning! Hopefully will be have better luck with the seating. I am sure that doesn't happen everytime. How are you guys supposed to know people are going to act out that way? So it just happens sometimes. Read moreIf I could give zero stars…😡 I would! The food was tolerable, but the manager/owner was very rude and very nasty. Tried to send an item back 🤮(cheap products, but nice server), and the manager/owner came to the table and asked “what is wrong with you” instead, of “what is wrong with the product”. She also asked “how did the drink get to my table?” Lady really?!?!? I asked for a corporate number and was told that they don’t have one🙄. The “manager” took the item back, but still charged me, and then ignored me. Poor leadership, poor management, and horrible customer service. Consumers beware. Never again!!!
FOR YOUR RESPONSE:😒 Ohhhhh🫨..So it takes doing a review to get some communication as noted below. I actually got up from my table to speak to someone again and nothing came of it. If you did a “real” investigation Inspector Gadget, your spider 🕷️ senses would tingle that the spilled drink was actually water 💧 that spilled. It was not the server’s fault, it was management. Don’t insult my intelligence with the “please be kind”, the “kind” manager should give the server the tip for the item that I was trying to send back “ 💡 (which were my plans). Do the math and know your menu, it wouldn’t have “saved” 7 dollars it would’ve actually “saved” 9.50. More importantly it would have “saved” my experience as a customer 😵💫. I saw other reviews regarding the same type of bogus service , so let’s not act brand new to this, but true to this. COMMUNICATION is 🔑 key!!! Don’t treat people as if we are tyrants or thieves if we are dissatisfied with an item. You got my 45 dollars, so don’t worry and be happy with that! I’ve never had to do a bad review in my entire 😮💨 life. I WILL NOT be returning to your establishment so I hopefully will never have to do it again. If you want to respond again then so be it. Read moreI've eaten here many times and most of the time it's wonderful. This time however, was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. It took awhile to be seated, this was acceptable because it was dinner and they had a line. The host sat us at a table that hadn't even been cleaned off yet from the previous occupants but this is just the start. Every single time a waitress or customer walked past my seat, it was bumped, which ultimately led to me spilling both food and drink. When the first courses of soup and salad were delivered, the soup bowl was cracked.. it was either eat really hot soup or let it drain onto the table. Once food finally came, my companion had nearly finished their food before mine was brought out to the table. Not once did our waitress check on us, we had to get our own silverware from the host... it was an absolutely horrible experience compared to previous times. I definitely won't be...
