Went for my birthday! Absolutely loved the visit.

Very good, quick and very responsive service. The place was very clean and we were able to choose where we wanted to sit for our comfort. Thank you Red Lobster for that.

Quick back with our food. Maybe waited 20 mins. Not even.

The food was good 👍 in my opinion. Alot of people say it is bland.. but what alot of people don't understand.. is there is people of all ages eating here. All the time. From young children to elderly. I am sure if you told them to cook it the way you would like when ordering they would.. (may take a little longer to prepare the food but I am sure they would do it if you asked.) but to me. I found the food fair. What I mean by fair? ..is the food is cooked appropriately. To any age CAN eat it. Its not too spicy nor hot. They also have lots of sauce, butter and pepper side choices for add to your food or extra flavor adjusting. I'm sure you can requested some hot sauce, red pepper flakes or jalapeños they probably woud get that for you.. So you can change the "fair" food to what you would like. Spice wise cause they give you that. I liked that feature. So to ME, the food was very good. Thank you.

The in house biscuits are just unspeakable on how good they were. Very good.👍

The Lobster was on point. 👌 The shrimp were flawless. They had lots of flavor, were moist and still had their crunch. Very good. Shrimp is one of my favorite foods. 🍤 The crab was the only thing that could have been a little different. Maybe steam them in a little salt and butter. Not alot... Just a little. But they did have side sauces for that as well. Also were are the blue crabs?! We need this! I would have ordered 12 to go.. I know thus isn't a crab shack.. but I know you guys would make your money there so good! Just a recommendation...

I'll cut to the chase for those of you who need facts then describe my experience below. Firstly, the restaurant was clean on a busy night. Once seated, a server promptly arrived and took drink orders. Chelsea was our server and she went above and beyond for our party of 10! Food arrived pretty fast and was served hot. I tried the lobster artichoke dip and crab alfredo both were great. Their shrimp scampi was great also.

Now why i rated 3 stars instead of 4 like my previous visit was due to the hostess Barbie. Today it rained cats and dogs which delayed our party's arrival. My husband and I arrived first and asked for seating for a party of 10. Barbie said that we had to wait until the rest of our party arrived to be seated and we understood. Minutes later a white male approached barbie and said his party was also not there yet and she replied, giving him an option, "Would you like to be seated or wait on them to arrive?"... 15 mins later, due to the weather 4 more of our party arrived including our 85 year old grandmother. Grandma was the guest of honor for Mother's day and slowly walked in needing to sit down. We found her a booth in the waiting area and asked if we could be seated now since we had 6 of the 10 and the rest would be arriving any minute. Barbie said that we had to wait until our entire party arrived! 5 mins later 2 more of our party arrived and barbie still wanted us to wait! The table was ready as it had been for some time. outback or really anywhere else will be our next choice. We didnt feel welcome. TLDR : I’ll preface this by saying I have eaten here for about 10 years, up until a recent visit I would have recommended them, but here we are. If they mess up, they don’t like to make any real efforts to resolve it. 40 min wait for food, overcooked inedible, still had to pay 80$ and ate elsewhere

Getting seated didn’t take long, Mediocre service id say, a little rude but only in tone, we were seated and ordered drinks, took about ten minute followed by ordering food.

Food took a while, 20-30 minutes, My “Medium rare” Filet Mignon was over cooked, to the point I’d put it past well done, into the boot category.

My wife’s lobster tail ordered 2 lobster tails of different types. My wife’s lobster tail was crispy over cooked and obviously from a freezer, She got the wrong item instead of a second tail she got a Mac n cheese with lobster.

Overall the food was closer to what I’ve had at a truck stop or 14$ buffet, I can’t say I enjoyed it and sadly even after voicing my complaints , all I was given was a 20% discount which somehow still brought my total to 80$ without a tip.

It sadly was the worst dining experience I’ve personally had but the managers eagerness to assure me it wasn’t overcooked, it’s because it sat in the window too long, as though that made my situation better.
