Crumbl — Restaurant in Meridian

Today was not a great experience. I came in to the register & was not acknowledged nor greeted. An employee was standing behind the counter, leaning against the wall having a casual conversation. I kept looking, then she asked if I'm paying with a card. I said yes & she directed me to the kiosk instead of taking my order. She was in close proximity of the register... I replied "hmm... ok..." I've always ordered from the register. When I went to the kiosk everywhere I touched felt dirty & had residue. At that point I just left. Crumbl Cookies has an great interior design, love the logo, interesting way of having to order the cookies. I ordered the Strawberry Cupcake cookie and it was fresh and warm, the icing was very light and creamy good flavoring! The sprinkles were a nice touch as well. My Mom ordered the cosmic brownie cookie and she said it was very fresh and delicious. We got my grandma the praline pecan flavor and she enjoyed every bite! It definitely pairs well with a cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and polite. A little pricy, but you get your mone. worth because the cookies are big. I walked in today to a lady being very rude to the employees especially to the worker who goes by Katie. It seemed that the lady had a problem with one of the cookies but had already left with them and they always show you your order before you leave to make sure it’s what you want. Katie was very understanding and trying to please the lady but the lady was just rude and refused to be level headed about the situation. As someone who’s worked at a restaurant many of years Katie handled this situation well and with respect so if your her manager and this lady calls bashing Katie it’s simply a lie.
