An order was placed for me on May 23rd 2021. I had on several occasions checked to verify ETA since the order would take 6 to 8 weeks. It was now past the ETA. I called the store again and Brandon answered. He proceeded to get all the details about my order and that he would check and get back in touch with me. When he called back there were no definite ETA. I told him how long I had been waiting and he said that he would check the warehouse and sales floor to try and help me out with something else. He called me back and stated that he had something similar if I wanted to check it out. I asked if he could text me a photo of it so that we could decide. He did and it was very similar but with leather like arms material š. We all agreed that it would be ok. I asked him since it had been 10 weeks now could he do something about a free delivery he said yes he could and said that Heath would set up a delivery date and it was scheduled for delivery 8/7/21 between 10 and 2 pm. When it was delivered and setup it was not at all what we thought. I texted Brandon and let him know that I was not happy with it and the leather felt more like plastic or vinyl and that I would like to change and could he help because my birthday was 8/14 and this was my birthday present. He texted back and said he would check ETA on the previous order and he would swap it out no problem glad to help out. I got a text from Brandon that the original was in and that a delivery would be scheduled for 8/19/21 between 3 and 6 pm. Just waiting until the 19th. When people like Brandon is working for a business and keep his or her word to the customer. Return calls, go above and beyond to assist customers and to make my birthday happy just knowing that what I wanted is on the way because of his willingness to help me. Brandon will forever be known and will be asked for at the store by family and friends. Thanks Brandon for putting a smile šon my face...

He kept finding us, making it an unenjoyable experience .. I kept leaving my husband so that I could look around. We finally made our decision on two recliners and a couch, and still needed a few things, so the salesman told us that we could come to the check out when we was ready, we okād that. Not even 5 minutes later he came back to the appliances and he said, āI done walked the whole store looking for you, I told someone else I would help them.ā We was like ok, we arenāt done looking you can help them! When we asked about a price on a mattress, he didnāt know, he said he would call us the next day and let us know.. we checked out and I had to make a second trip to look for a bed and get the price on a mattress, which could have been done in one day! Fast fwd .. we got our furniture a couple days later, which was awesome!, but the table inside the couch was broke, the delivery man took pictures and said that a new one would be delivered, or that they would come out and fix it. Itās been over a week, several phone calls with no answer, and no response from the store. We spent about $5,000.00 here and no one has...
