Megacorp meets smoothies.

Great general manager. She’s doing an awesome job. (Not being sarcastic. Even though the food sucks, she is good at her job and she handled my refund request really well. Five stars for her.)

Terrible smoothies. To be fair, our kid loved his. He said it was the best smoothie ever. Maybe Jamba Juice corporate focus grouped their recipes on 7 yr old boys, cause it seems to be a hit for that demographic.

Strawberry Surfrider tasted like strawberry lemonade instead of a smoothie.

PB and Banana tasted like … something. Not quite sure what. Not PB or banana in any case.

GM said the recipes haven’t changed. So my guess is that the same recipe that used to taste good may now include different quality levels in each ingredient. Maybe what used to be bananas are now “banana products” or “banana simulation powder”, something along those lines.

The old Jamba Juice flavor you might be expecting is gone. These new smoothies are terrible. They taste like a simulation of food products, not actual food. A concoction of inexpensive chemicals meant to taste barely like the foods that each smoothie name implies.

Disappointing overall. Pretty looking storefront though, the operations team at Jamba Juice that oversees retail buildouts did...

I walked in with one other person in front of me. Nobody greeted or even acknowledged that I had walked in despite eye contact being made and standing at the counter.

I waited 10 minutes before the person that was doing everything while the other unpleasant woman just went in back and disappeared, had helped me. I ordered a small protein smoothie and a small thing of mini pretzel dogs. ANOTHER 15 minutes later my smoothie has been put on the back counter so I can’t get to it and the unpleasant woman is filling up the grab and go containers before filling up my order and getting me out of there.

She proceeded to fill up 6 containers before mine and getting me out the door. I went when they first opened and had a similar experience thinking they would work out the kinks but I can see that it’s not the kinks they are just hiring people with zero customer service skills. I will most likely never return and find a better place to...

The people working are always kind and are trying to keep up with orders while keeping stocked on pretzels. I hate to say it, truly, but today it wasn't too busy and there was a wait for pretzels bites, which by itself I don't mind but after i finally got the bites, they were not cooked. It was not just one cup, but all 3 I ordered pizza bites (small) and they were just like doe. They stretched and pulled and every piece did not have pepperoni on it. I don't quite understand how that can happen but either way. Eating raw doe is not healthy. I did take 2 of them back and they kindly gave me 2 new ones that were perfect. It just goes to show that if a mistake is made it can be resolved easily...
