Ordered from here tonight and must pressed the wrong button in the app and accidentally did not tip, I genuinely meant to. That I feel bad about and I tried to leave a tip after the fact, but could not cause she had left the store already. However, I received a passive aggressive note on my receipt about said missing tip from the driver, didn’t get my drink I ordered, and it was left on my walkway entrance by the gate (not even by my door) tipped into the dirt without me being notified that it was delivered. No text, no knock at the door, nothing. Probably sat out there for 45 minutes. I called to ask about my drink and if I could tip the driver cause I meant to. The manager was nice and was able to give me credit for a drink next time. Would say one star for the lack of professionalism from the driver (probably a teenager) but gave two cause the manager was able to mend as many things as he could. Driver, grow up please. If you knocked on my door to notify it was there I would have grabbed cash from my wallet to give you if you mentioned a tip missing. Read moreI’m highly irritated with whoever dropped off my food tonight. I understand mistakes happen but own up to them. I ordered my sandwich’s and a drink tonight and when I opened up my door to grab the food the drink had been spilt and there was no cup in site as well as the bag to my food was wet. (Mention I live in an apartment to so not like I can just wash it off). Nobody knocked to let me know they spilt it nor tried to help out. Later on I took my dog out and they had decided to leave the empty cup near the entrance of the apartment about 30 feet away. How disrespectful is that they could have just left it with the spill but the fact they left trash out it’s irritating. Then we called the eagle restaurant and they said they were going to add $10 to my account but they haven’t and I don’t think that’s even a thing because they didn’t refund my card. Really disappointed with this location as well as the fact the past 2 times I’ve ordered my food it’s taken an hour...

Or tell me that a little John would have been cheaper than explaining why a Slim can not have mayo. Look man, I don't work here, you're supposed to know the menu and thoroughly understand the policy. Not, this is just how it is. Sometimes, explaining to a customer " Hey the Slim doesn't have any options for add-ons, our apologies; but the little John would be a little cheaper and could come with your condiments". I had no idea that I could do that for cheaper, I thought it would be more. Regardless, I had Ordered 4 sandwiches, and they forgot the cheese on the slim! 🤦♀️. Forgot to give me mayo packs and my debit card until I had to ask for them back. And, of course, no napkins. Lovely for a mom...
