I want to preface this review by saying that I have been to Little Caesars locations across the country, and have generally not had issues.
That said, were it not for the location being insanely busy on a Friday night and the staff looking frazzled and legitimately trying to keep up I probably would have given this location a single star. My wife ordered a single Hot-and-Ready cheese pizza and a single order of Crazy Bread at 5:55PM through the Little Caesars app. The app and email said it would be ready by 6:22. We arrived at 6:20. My wife walked in and inquired about our order. She was told it was not ready, which would otherwise have been fine were it not for the fact that over the course of the next twenty minutes of waiting six or seven customers walked in and proceeded to purchase Hot-and-Ready pizzas and Crazy Bread, several of them purchasing three or four pizzas, which included a Cheese Hot-and-Ready, and then walking out with their order. My wife inquired at the counter again around 6:35 about our order and was told it wasn't ready yet. The final straw was when a gentleman who walked in behind my wife and placed an order of three custom (non Hot-and-Ready) pizzas with the cashier received his order, and yet ours was still not done 45 minutes after placing the order through the app. Finally at 6:42, twenty minutes after our order was supposed to be ready my wife was getting frustrated and asked at the counter if she could just have one of the four Cheese Hot-and-Ready pizzas in the Hot-and-Ready warmer and one of the Crazy Breads from the same hot box. The employee told her that she would have to check with her manager because that would mess up their system. SERIOUSLY!?! If a chain as large as Little Caesars can't get a system sophisticated enough to grab a pizza from their Hot-and-Ready inventory and cancel or void my online order that seems pretty ridiculous to me. I might understand placing an order ahead for custom or non Hot-and-Ready items, but their system does not appear to be designed for orders of only Hot-and-Ready menu items.
Lesson learned, ordering ahead through phone or the Little Caesars app is worthless if you are ordering only Hot-and-Ready menu items, unless you want to stand there and watch people come in while you wait, get the same thing you ordered ahead of time and watch them walk out happy and content. If you are only ordering Hot-and-Ready menu items DO NOT ORDER AHEAD! Walk in, order with the cashier and save yourself some time and frustration.
As a side note, not necessarily a reflection of the location, product, or staff, the store was crowded and customers were definitely not observing social distancing guidelines. The majority of customers that I saw coming and going did not have masks either. Again, not necessarily a reflection of Little Caesars, but certainly a poor showing by...
Read moreYikes! The communication about our order was severely lacking, and it didn’t reach the person at the landing station or bread station. The price of the crazy crust pizza increased from 59 cents to $1, which was acceptable, I guess. However, when we ordered three pizzas with crazy crust, only one was actually crazy crusted. Kyle, who took our order, didn’t include this information on the bill.
When I arrived at the store and the cashier informed me that we were only being charged for one crazy crust pizza after emphasizing that all pizza’s needed to be and I thought, “Okay, cool! We’re getting some kind of deal.” (Expecting the actual crazy crust to be on the pizza.) But when I got home and had the most pathetic crazy crust, I couldn’t help but laugh. However, my mother, who had paid for the pizzas, was upset.
To make matters worse, the staff failed to pack all three pizzas in the box until they were crispy, which was a major oversight. The pineapple topping was juicy, but the pizza crust was soggy, so we had to reheat it in the oven when we got home.
This experience was truly disappointing. I hope that Little Caesars will take action to rectify this issue. My family is a loyal customer of LC and orders from them almost every other week. However, after working there for almost three years, I’m not particularly fond of the food anymore. But I’m writing this review because I believe that a better job needs to be done.

Read moreFirst of all, I'm not to leave such ratings but when you have a amazing customer service report that's so welcoming with a great smile, some options to consider and ready to listen to my needs. As a customer that makes my day! This worker name was Rey, a fast working, great smile, welcoming as soon as I came in the front door. Offered a stuffed crust pizza that I would not regret getting as he described the pizza would be gooey dripping cheese, hot and ready and be perfectly combined with some bread sticks and a liter of soda. Ok, sure why not! I order a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, a bestest cheese, bread sticks and a liter of soda. As I oaid I stayed and waited and was amazed watching this kid go! He would literally run to the back, pop some pizza in a box, slice them up serve, and welcome another customer with the same great attitude and smile. I must admit this kid probably dont make much in a pizza place but I hope this review brings him good deeds. Honestly it's his welcoming attitude that buys the customer at first glance. On the plus side when I did receive our pizzas and got a taste. It was just like he said, gooey dripping cheese like in the commercials with a crisp crust and amazing flavor and SUPER HOT. As long as this kid Rey works there making the pizzas and be so welcoming I'll always be a regular customer. Great Job little Cesar's you...
