McDonald's — Restaurant in Meridian

This was a horrible experience. I ordered through the app a triple cheeseburger meal and the fries were cold and the burger was warm but it wasnt hot. I only asked for more fries and the guy at the window says ok sir. A min later a young lady comes to the window and complained that she had just dropped those fries. I asked her where were the ones I sent back so she could check them herself. She stormed off and the guy came back with hot fries. She did not have on the blue manager shirt so Im guessing shes an hourly employee. The manager was there but didnt get involved the entire time. It really hurts to have a young lady come and try to put me in place just because they threw away a cold medium fries even though I was very very polite to the young man. I had just seen in the news someone got sick from onions off a quarter pounder but I still went anyways. This is a time to take extra good care of the few customers that dare come back and risk getting sick like the person on the news. She not a manger and didnt have nothing to do with the situation. Managers are paid to take care of customers and situations like this, but Im guessing since I wasnt rude, she felt I was an easy target to let out pent up frustration on. I didnt get rude with her like she did me. The time was around 8:42pm 10/27/24. I absolutely loved the breakfast crew that served me earlier that morning, they are so nice and professional. I wish the evening crew could take notes on how to handle business like the morning crew. I may NEVER make another purchase at this location...

we are traveling from Texas back to North Carolina, we stopped at this establishment. workers were seen in the back play fighting and laughing while there was a long line out front. when greeted at the counter my mother was presented with “what do you want” and a sigh with every thing needed. (all she needed was the cups) when i asked for my orders cups i also mentioned the apple juice on my sons happy meal and she said “im out” and walked away… i stood there confused until greeted again and had to ask for a kids cup. when our food was finally ready,, the bags (ordered for here btw) were rudely dropped in our hands. when we returned to the counter for the missing sauce we were presented with more attitude saying “it’s in the bag” (it was not) once we got our last order,, we realized we were missing 2 four piece nuggets (we revived the sauce for this order though) the employees sighed once again and then served us white (whiter than me) chicken nuggets. also our spicy chicken sandwiches had NO sauce on them and they refused to compensate for that again. will not stop here again and all of the disrespectful employees here should...

It's my favorite McDonald's in meridian but today 5/5/2024 I had the worst experience ever the girl in the window this evening around 12:00 pm was rude as she could be. My food was made sloppy. I tried the mccrispy for the first time and it was mcsoggy and didn't have what I asked for on it so I parked and took it back inside just to get back to the handicap spot my handicapped butt was parked in to find out it still didn't have what I ordered on it!!??!! I go here atleast 5 days a week for breakfast and or lunch. If something don't improve here I'm going somewhere else from now on.. like chic fila a etc.. Update - went there this evening and was told to pull to the 3rd window. When I asked for ketchup the manager was very rude. Hopefully she isn't permanent because this is my favorite McDonald's! Getting better...
