As a consistent customer of Starbucks locations all around the world, this is by far the slowest and most inaccurate store with employees that seem extremely lazy and simply just don’t care. I placed an order online for 1 chicken and bacon sandwich, 1 order of egg white egg bites, 1 30 oz iced peach green tea and 1 30 oz iced Paradise drink. My app let me know when the order was ready and my boyfriend and I walked in right away for pickup. We walked straight to the mobile pickup counter and I immediately noticed that out of the FOUR items I ordered, only one drink was correct!!!! The peach green tea was the only item ready and accurate. The 30 oz Paradise was in a “tall” size cup which is only 12 oz. Not what I paid for. The egg white egg bites were ready—but when I got to the car, I noticed they were not the ones I ordered and instead were the bacon and cheese egg bites. I had also ordered sriracha packets but had to ask for them, to which they said they do not have any. As for the bacon and chicken sandwich, they didn’t let us know they didn’t have any; I guess they just expected us to not have a replacement either. I told them we were missing a sandwich and told them which one, while 5 baristas just stood there and looked at me, one of them on her phone and another girl standing there, the only one with a mask on and a finger cast. The girl “helping” me asked the girl with the mask on if there were any more sandwiches to replace it with since they were out of the one I wanted, and she just pointed to herself and said “are you asking me?” Then, she never answered further. I finally asked for a different sandwich just so we could get the heck out of there. There was only ONE barista who even looked like he was trying to work, and it was the only guy there. The four girls were so lazy and had ZERO customer service. The girl “helping” us had no knowledge of the menu whatsoever and apparently none of the other girls did either. One lady was infront of me ordering. While in line I was looking at their wall of cups. Two caucasian ladies attempted to cut me inline. I say nothing and us three just look at each other. The ladies then realized I was there first so they let me pass ahead. I ordered their current specialty a venti nitro cold brew coffee with cream, a cheese danish and purchased a cup. Instead of saying something nice after I paid the clerk asked me to input the numbers on the screen. The screen only showed tip options for 20% and 25%. I gave them 18% since its my first time at this location and I don't know their service. Usually Starbucks is fcfs; as so I thought. I don't know why but the two ladies behind me had their frap drinks come out before mine. (They didnt order the same drink.) As I sat there waiting the staff were talking horribly about their previous customers and how some didn’t even tip. My drink came out the same time as the third customer (African-American male) who came in after me. He had one of the juice drinks with cream and fruit at the bottom. My drink looked nothing as pictured... just iced coffee, no cream and my pastry wasn't even placed in the warmer yet. I can't say the staff's customers service was racially charged or if any tip under 20% warranted to wait longer than others. Read moreI come to this Starbucks some mornings because it’s close to my work and in the past, the employees there have done a fantastic job. I’ve noticed some new employees come through have been very poor servers and not interested in their job at all. Each time in the passed month that I’ve been here, this Starbucks location has disappointed me. I’m not one to write reviews but this is ridiculous. Each time I’ve gotten food it’s been barely heated. My drinks each time were not made correctly. (I got each of them the way they come on the menus… nothing added, nothing taken away…) The workers do not seem to want to be there. The one who took my order (white female) didn’t ask my name, and rushed my order. She did this the last time I came in. She also very obviously had no enthusiasm about being there. I didn’t really feel welcomed either. When I come in, I greet them but no one greets me.
I’ve worked in food service before so I know it can be frustrating. But this really is ridiculous. I’m pretty disappointed in this location and I probably won’t come back anytime soon. I’m sorry to be so brash, and I wasn’t going to comment but I’m just really under the impression that management needs to be better here. Or employees need to be thoughtfully examined and trained...
