This was a wonderful little taco truck outside of the Bruery. The owners were very sweet and kind and the food was made super intentionally with care. They let us know that they had removed the use of seed oils from their menu and we're working on a vendor for their flour tortillas that could do the same. I had 3 of their street tacos which were really good with their light green sauce and my husband had the bean & cheese burrito and quesadilla. The portions were really great and the price was super reasonable. I think the food also seemed to taste a little lighter with their choice of cooking style....

Fantastic, authentic, and fresh Mexican food served here! This unassuming taco truck located behind the brewery's patio is ready to miss because it's tucked away there. The menu is not extensive - as you'd expect from a food truck - but what they do serve is top notch. We enjoyed the carnitas burrito and all three kinds of their tacos (carnitas, carne asada, pollo). Amazing authentic flavors! The portions were generous and worth every bite. As someone who was born and raised in san diego ca, right on the border with amazing food, I am a difficult to please foodie. Since leaving So Cal, it has been quite disappointing moving to the pacific northwest 10 years ago when it came to good let alone great Mexican food. This place is worth the stop!
