This was a wonderful little taco truck outside of the Bruery. The owners were very sweet and kind and the food was made super intentionally with care. They let us know that they had removed the use of seed oils from their menu and we're working on a vendor for their flour tortillas that could do the same. I had 3 of their street tacos which were really good with their light green sauce and my husband had the bean & cheese burrito and quesadilla. The portions were really great and the price was super reasonable. I think the food also seemed to taste a little lighter with their choice of cooking style....
