They are lucky that I gave them 1 star. I will NEVER eat at Los Betos AGAIN. Why? I will give you a few reasons from my personal experiences.
The last time my brother and I went my brother got food poisoning. I think the guy cooking used cleaner and didn't clean it all up and then cooked my brothers food. He threw up for 2 days and felt sick for many days.
The time before last I ordered a breakfast burrito and asked to add beans to my burrito. I was told I can add those but there's a extra charge, which I understand and paid for. I got to work and my beans were not in my burrito. I called and told them that I want a bean upgrade at no charge the next time I come in due to my beans missing. Do you know what the young man replied? Well, he said "You have to drive back here with your food so I can see you aren't lying to me" and then I got hung up. Very rude.
One time a few months ago I wanted no bell peppers or onions in my beef burritos and wanted to add cheese and sour cream. I was told that wouldn't be a issue. I received my plate and bit into my first burrito and there was bell peppers and onions. I walked up front and showed the lady and she replied with, "Well you should have told me. I am not giving you more rice and beans". I stood there and watched them make my burritos because I didn't trust them. Oh, and I wasn't asking for more beans or rice, I was asking that my burritos be remade the right way like I ordered. You should inform your employees to listen more carefully.
Want more reasons? Horrible customer service. Especially the shorter older cook (man) and the younger crossed eye woman that runs the counter and drive thru. I will make sure to never come back and I will make sure my friends and family know that they shouldn't take their business there either.
To the owner(s)- you should be ashamed of yourself. You need to fix your business and make sure that your employees know how to treat customers. They represent YOU. My family owns a business and we would never treat customers the way I've been treated. I believe in forgiveness but shame on me for going again and again after so many bad experiences. I promise that you will never...
Read moreThe food here is usually always good, my issue is with the service. After going thru the drive thru, I was contacted by my credit card that there were 4 transactions ran within a few minutes from this location. Approx $900, $600, and 2 for just over $20, none of these are even close to my total which would have been around $14. I had to cancel my card and since all of the transactions were pre-authorized, my account was frozen until it gets resolved. Not the best thing to happen to someone a couple days before Christmas. I went in to discuss it and no manager there, one lady was trying to help, but the one who made the mistake seemed to care less. I explained that she should have said something to me if she made a mistake when she ran my card and not wait until I left. None of the transactions had been voided, while I was there she voided the $600 one but kept telling me I could come back in after I get my new card for them to fix the rest of the charges. I explained no they need to fix it now, upon repeated attempts to get a managers number I finally got it but was told it wouldn't matter because he doesn't speak English. I completely understand that happens and would make it difficult, but they should have someone in management or a supervisor that could help. Since they couldn't figure out how to void the transactions, and since I had the money so the transactions were approved. I ended up having to do a police report to resolve it with the bank to unfreeze my account. Unacceptable, it could have been easily resolved by 1. Not running multiple transactions to try and fix a mistake 2. Informing me of the error before I left 3. Actually helping me and voiding the charges when I had to return and 4. Having someone there who could help that had better customer service than the girl who helped me, and maybe with some common sense to...

It was starting to become a running joke in the family if Beto's would actually get our order correct today. We used to love this place and it used to be pretty consistent.... But this latest interaction was the straw that broke the camel's back.
I ordered three burritos. When I got to the window after a ridiculous 45 minutes (not a huge line so don't know what that's about) the lady in the window wanted to charge me $45 bucks. I politely stated, "hmm that seems a little high, I ordered three burritos"... The lady replied politely back, "no I heard four" - at this point I was still willing to work with them about this confusion but I became concerned I was about to pay for someone else's order (which has happened before with incorrect food and all) so I thought it was a fair question...
Next thing that happens absolutely had me FLOORED. Some other employee comes shouting through the window without even TRYING to resolve the issue and starts repeating, "Go back around" (with hand signals and all ). Ok... Not even going to try to understand the mistake here? Not going to maybe find out which THREE burritos are mine? Instead Beto's solution is to have me swing at the back of the line for another 45 minute wait. You're out of your mind... Absolutely a crazy experience... Stay away from this place... They get your order wrong anyways about 50% of the time. If I was that much of a gambler, I'd rather spend my time hitting the slots.
I find it interesting how Beto's doesn't have any formal way to make a review/complaint on their website... Instead they hide in these Google reviews. Trash place and trash employees are...
