Billy's Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Merrimack

Excellent trip down memory lane. Visited place with my grandmother who craved some spaghetti and meatballs. Surprisingly, it's hard to find this meal around the area for an adult. I got a buffalo chicken calzone which can be tricky. Chicken, at least in my experience, tends to possess a watery quality to the taste when make in pizzas. I was pleasantly surprised to not experience this for the most part. It was flavorful, well balanced, and the dough was soft and crisp on the edges. There was only one bite which tasted a little like canned chicken, BUT it was for a moment. Would definitely come here again for the calzone for the crust and dough alone. The atmosphere only took a hit cause it is a bit cramped inside. Not really their fault, but it is more of a pick up place in general. OMG the pizza at Billy's Famous Pizza is incredible! I've never tasted such a yummy crust. The greatest thing about this pizza is that it's not flimsy. You can pick up a slice and it stands at attention ready to be gobbled up. The price for the pizza here is a bit higher than usual, but believe me it's worth it! Your taste buds will dance the Cha Cha. And the service is just as impeccable. Very caring people, very attentive, great food, what more could you ask for? The only reason I came here was through three reviews of others who gave just as high a review as I'm giving now, and they were spot-on. Billy's Famous Pizza is not your normal Pizza. My husband and I popped in here to grab a couple subs - the place was spotless- in fact there was someone cleaning in the dining area. The lady behind the counter was really friendly and professional. She quickly took our orders. Revert one here is really friendly and nice. We got our subs to go, when they were ready they brought them out to us in the dining area rather than calling us up to the counter, which I thought was pretty nice.
