I would like to share my experience at this location when I took a family member with me. We walked in knew we wanted boba milk tea. As we bearly look at the list on the wall they ask if we need help. I Said "Give us a few minutes to look over what yall have". Then they asked again shortly after(felt littlerushed). We were the only customers inside. We order 2 donuts and two allmond milk boba teas. I explained please No dairy but Almond milk is okay(few times). Then she re asked almond milk or milk. I said "Almond milk in both thank you". As we both watch she poured cow milk and I said" it supposed to be almond milk". She then poured from the mixer back into the judge, didn't clean the mixture, then poured the almond milk in the same mixer. Then as we waited at the casher the ice was not blend, they charged extra for boba, the price was 1 dollar extra on each of drinks, didn't tell me almond milk was extra 1.50$ each and was very rude when I asked why so much for 2 drinks and 2 donuts. She ran my card for 18.34$. Then had someone else explain. Our experience was not good, they told me prices where wrong on the menu and can't fix it thats corporates job. They can refund it but they will not do this again. I don't get why they were mean, the prices are a paper tape on the sign, and they should explain more if there is extra charges or put it...
Read moreI absolutely love BoSa. However, I'm not sure if the girl working the window was having an off day or new. I ordered a croissant lunch sandwich with a coffee... She had no idea what was in the sandwich. I figured maybe she was just drawing a blank so with a laugh I told her I was fine with everything that originally came on the sandwich and even named the ingredients: tomato, turkey, lettuce, jalepeno, red onion, cheese and so on in case she genuinely couldn't remember... everything that was listed on the menu. She shook her head and then asked again what else I wanted with the sandwich...she forgot my coffee. No big deal though. I repeated I wanted a coffee.... thought everything was good and left after I got my food. Not sure where she came up with the sandwich she made but it definitely was not what was protrayed in the menu for a lunch sandwich. I had three gigantic slabs of ham (she informed me turkey was gone so I agreed on ham), 5 gigantic pieces of lettuce including a large hard white piece, mayo, and a cheese slice. I still love BoSa and have never had any other issues but when going to this location, I will definitely be checking my order BEFORE leaving. Coffee was still...
Read moreReally wish I would have reviewed these reviews before coming to the store. I feel like I'm going to be sick 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢 🤢. I wanted a bosa tea....not a bosa tea with milk....who makes tea with milk apparently this location. After paying for it I went back to ask for the tea and the lady told me that's why she asked me twice about the milk as she was walking away from me. I just wanted the mango tea. she refused to make me a new one. So that's. A wast of money. Also there's another review about there croissants having mold in It. This lady couldn't even heat it up for me for one. The only thing that was edible was the donut I bought. What a waste of money. Never coming back here. Next time I'll go to Denny's that's across the street. Or Starbucks that's off of staply...
