The TV was on when I opened the door, odd. Then when I was ready to sleep, the TV wouldn't turn off, change channels, mute or anything else. I finally turned it off with the button on the TV, not the remote. I've had some strange rooms before, but this was the most uncomfortable nice room I've ever seen! Then next day, it won't come on!!!The king size bed looked comfy, not, too soft. I had 3 pieces of tech to charge, no outlets on any wall. 1 by bathroom counter. 1 for TV, too big to move, 1 for fridge. Finally found a power strip on the floor. It worked fine. Fridge was so cold it froze water. Microwave was not plugged in, plus cord is too short to reach outlet! I moved the oven to the power strip to cook a burrito. No desk or table. 1 very straight back chair. I ate meals at the bathroom sink counter. I found out later why the tub wasn't draining, yuck!

I booked a room here for one night and didn't know there was a $100.00 security deposit so I had to cancel my stay and I had the front desk girl named Mrs. Kristi D. Help me threw the entire process , she was so helpful and answered all my questions and apologized that I didn't know about deposit, shes very intelligent and a sweetheart I recommend to anyone that stays here to request her to the front to ring you up . She literally can do it all I'm surprised she's not the manager . Overall I'm decently going to make sure I have my deposit next time and I'm booking with them again . Vey clean home like loddy too smelled great had candles lit and it was mopped Really cozy place with a great price .

The place was horrible was staying there till I got a place since I just moved to mesa for my job. 1st room had bed bugs. I had to be to work early morning so I told them about it once I got off work. They didn’t wanna give me my money back. Instead gave me 1 free night. Kicked me out before I could get my free night for smoking in the room. When nothing but smokers stay in there and it was super hot outside. Never seen anyone smoking outside. The night they kicked me out I was with family so I returned to my room and my stuff was in the office. They stole my shoes and some clothes and other little things from my room. If I had the means I’d sue their raggedy a$$es

Honestly the front desk & security staff here have (so far at least) been great. I haven't bothered them with any issues either though, & that is usually when the not so nice-ness arises lol. So far they've been friendly and seemed to enjoy what they're doing, they aren't bothered by doing their job like ppl sometimes act. My only issue is the room condition. While it does seem like they are making an effort to have them cleaned, there was quite a bit of hair by the sink on the counter and on the toilet....the toilet also is not fully, well, at all actually, bolted to the floor...under the sink keeps popping off a bit so that water leaks if you don't notice before you turn it on..... andddd my biggest issue, there is a bug problem, a pretty bad one. I went & bought some spray etc on my own so hoping that helps. So a few negatives I guess but it doesn't seem like it's because they just don't care like is the case some places, it feels like they are making an effort so I hope they get it together a bit more as far as cleanliness and bug issues because besides that I think the people who run/work here are pretty...

DO NOT STAY HERE!! it's a motel 6 for one not an extended stay... the rooms were absolutely nasty! Our bed sheets had animal hair in them still including our pillows cases. We also saw we didn't have blankets on our beds so we asked the night lady and she just told us there is nothing she can do because she isn't the night maid, so instead she just gives us extra sheets that still had animal fur in them. We slept the first night in filth and and blanket freezing our butt's off. We had checked our recent to also make sure we received our discounts for the triple A we had and my husband's military ID for the military discount and we didn't receive neither. We had asked Bobby at the front desk and she was polite and said she would speak with her manager to see what she can do for us. We proceed to come back later that night for an update and the night lady told us we were liers basically that we didn't show either and that she won't do anything for us. COMPLETELY RUDE! All together this place was a horrible experience but Bobby is the best...

Honestly, I have no clue why this hotel has not got a better overall rating. ALL of the staff I have come into contact with- have been absolutely welcoming and kind, and approachable. And all very easy to talk to. There was only 1 employee that I had a small "tiff" with, and she is the GM(GO FIGURE) SO I Just avoid extending when that woman is there whenever I stay. Now I have stayed at almost every hotel all up and down main and in chandler and just ALL over, but this hotel's staff is hands down the best place as far as the employees go. It's newly renovated so all the rooms are clean and bugless(thank god), and everything is new. They don't have a pool at this hotel anymore, unfortunately. Kinda funny in the back they have the pool area and then the pool is just filled to the top with dirt(a nice little garden would look neat) The nighttime staff are extremely accomodating , especially the night guy I cannot remember his name but he is like 25-30 years old and African American male. Make that guy a manager!...
