We tried this place due to mostly positive reviews. We will not be returning. The service was okay but nothing special, not bad either. The food wasn't good and it was way overpriced. We got the special, 2 1 topping pizzas and 20 wings, with 4 drinks and it was almost $70! The wings were tiny and tasted like they just poured BBQ sauce from a bottle on it. The pizza dough wasn't good, it looked slightly undercooked but then had a crunch with it, there was too much sauce, and not enough cheese, and minimal pepperoni. We sat in the corner booth and I looked at a picture on the wall above it; it was caked with dust, which could have easily fallen into our food. They had a salad bar with what looked like typed up papers all over saying it's not included in the price and if you want a salad, pay at the register. I didn't see 1 person pay or get a salad the entire visit. Everything looked original to probably atleast 25 years ago, down to the hand written tickets, old register with detached card reader, and the no smoking signs posted inside. (Aren't all restaurants non smoking?) I understand some places want a nostalgic atmosphere which I assume is what they are going for. They have an arcade room but we didn't have cash on us so we didn't see the prices or play any games. I would think if they put an ATM in there, for many people who don't usually carry cash, they could increase profits at least for the...
Read moreI've been coming to this place for 20 years and I always enjoyed it. BUT the customer service these days is awful. I took my girlfriend here because she had never been and I kept telling her how good it was, and we were both starving. We placed our order with the young lady at the cash register and proceeded sit down. After waiting sometime and seeing plenty of other people get there food before our I began to grow irritated, we only order 1 pepperoni pizza. After 45 minutes of waiting I finally walk back up to the young lady and she asks if I needed a box. I told her "no we never got our food, can we get a refund or something because I think we're gonna go somewhere else?" She doesn't say one word, goes into the cash register and pulls out the money and gives it to me. Nothing was said. Not even a sorry or an explanation or offer us a discount next time we come. We were hungry customers wanting to enjoy a meal, now after waiting 45 minutes we had to go order food somewhere else and wait again. I was extremely disappointed in the way this was handled. This was...
Read moreI have lived down the street from Pizza Mart for the past 4 years. Today on the way to lunch we finally decided to make it the day to come in here. The atmosphere of the restaurant definitely saves this WHOLE joint. There is a game room making it friendly and fun. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was kind, even when my child spilled their drink. My only complaint is the food… which sucks because that’s the whole reason I came. the pizza was bland and flavorless I believe their sauce and dough need saving because again it was bland; zero flavor. The wings tasted just like the wings from little Cesar’s (zero crispiness but the sauce was flavorful) We ate the food of course, but will not be returning sadly as a large pan pepperoni (8 slices) 10 buffalo wings, 3 sodas (refills are free), and 3 ranch containers cost me $42. I really hate to compare them to little Cesar’s but I’m going based off of affordability and flavor which little Cesar’s conquered both compared to Pizza Mart. I placed the same order at little Cesar’s to compare prices and got a total of...
