New favorite tea spot now! Been here twice. First time we got Taro Milk Tea, Thai Royal and Purple Sticky Rice Milk Tea. Taro Milk Tea was excellent because I could tell it was from real taro from the little taro bits in the drink and not just plain powder like most places. Thai Royal (aka. Thai Dessert) was great, not too sweet. Purple Sticky Rice Milk Tea was interesting... the rice was hard but the the milk tea was good because of the rich taste.

The second time we got:

Passion Fruit Coconut Kumquat Tea (aka. Chanh Day Dua Tac). Don’t know what exactly it was called, got got recommended by the cashier. It was excellent because of the fresh taste and coconut bits and passion fruit seeds. If you don’t like chia seeds, then don’t get it (LoL). Super tropical! Fresh Mango Tea was super fresh. I was surprised to see they used real chopped mango bits adding to the tea. Brilliant! Most places would literally just use green tea with added “mango flavored” syrup.

Now, for people who think this place is overpriced. Try again! From all the fresh fruits and stuff that they use to add “values” into your tea cup is worth it! Unlike other places where, it would be just flavors, powder or syrup; this spot...

Typical Arizona triple digit days, weeks, call for finding refreshing treats. I am a big fan of boba and even bigger fan of ice cream. You can get both here. They are known for their brown sugar tea or the sugar cane drinks, a big hit with my niece. Not to mention, the oreo ice cream in a bubble waffle is bomb because you get the combo of cold ice cream with the warm waffle. Can. not. beat. it.

Located in the H Mart plaza, there's plenty of parking. Staff is so sweet and patient because the menu is pretty intimidating since they have the largest selection of choices of all the boba spots I have ventured in the valley. They give the best recommendations based on what you are craving. My go to drink is the Thai Royal with all the fresh fruit like jackfruit, grass jelly and sweetness of coconut transporting me back to my beach trekking days in Phuket or Bangkok.

It's a popular spot so the energy is always busy and so many happy faces licking the joys out of life. I know my soul is always full of sunshine walking...

A very lousy experience. It can be tough to find actual sugar cane in our area and when I saw the sign for sugar cane, I had to inquire. I asked if they sold just sugar cane. The girl said yes. She started ringing it up and I said no, I don't want a smoothie, not the drink. I just wanted sugar cane.. she said yes, just the sugar cane. All the drinks are around $6 but she charged me $9 and I thought ok... Must be actual sugar cane. Nope. They brought out a drink and when I told the girl I wanted just the actual sugar cane, she threw the biggest fit and said that's not what I asked for. So much attitude. No refund. Pathetic drink.

Beyond awful customer service, the environment is also terrible and definitely not family appropriate. When I finished paying, I turned around to see my child watching a bunch of women pole dancing on their TV screen.

I will Never. Ever. Be...
