Crumbl — Restaurant in Mesa

Today, my experience was the absolute WORST EVER! I ordered 24 s'mores mini cookies to be picked up between 11:50 AM - 12:20 PM TODAY for my daughter's 3rd grade class "End of Quarter" celebration tomorrow. Due to traffic, I arrived at 12:22, walked in to to the store, and advised that I was there to pick up my order. An extemely rude staff member informed me that since I was not there at my scheduled time of 11:40 (not accurate), they were short 5 cookies, and I needed to choose substitutes. I proceeded to state that I had spent nearly $70 for the 24 s'mores cookies that I ordered and it was poor customer service on their part to sell the cookies that I had already paid for and scheduled to pick up. She stated that "nobody ever picks up their cookies at the time they schedule, so we don't make the orders until people actually arrive." I told her that I ordered them at the time that I did as I was already out and about, I did not have time to wait for another batch to be made as I had to get back to work, and that I would return a little after 5:00 PM tonight and the cookies that I had ordered had better be boxed up and ready to go along with the name and phone number of the manager (as she wasn't there during my initial visit). When I arrived a little after 5:00 PM, my cookies were ready; however, they were the sorriest excuse of a cookie I had ever seen. There were 24 cookies of all shapes and sizes on top of each other in both boxes, not the pristine looking cookies that Crumbl usually produces. The boxes were even covered with schmutz and smudges. When I pointed all of this out to the person who gave me the cookies, she asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I told her that it was too late for me to cancel as I had already committed to providing these for my daughter's class in the morning and I would just have to apologize for the absolute subpar quality. Epic fail all around Crumbl! Additional info: I am quite familiar with this store. On 2/21, I spent $150 on 15 gift cards for my daughter's birthday party favors. On 2/25, I purchased 3 boxes of 12 mini cookies (~$100) for my daughter to take to school for her birthday on 2/26, and both of those...

I ORDERED 500 MINI COOKIES FOR MY WEDDING RECEPTION AND WAS ABLE TO CHOOSE COOKIES FOR THE ENTIRE CRUMBL COOKIE MENU!!! I called multiple crumbl locations trying to see if I could have cookies made with not luck, until I called this store. This was the only location that was about to make cookies upon request outside of the week’s selected cookie menu. Crumbl is known for their roasting menus and only off a select few each week. Patty said as long as she had the ingredients in the back I could request any cookie to be made! I ordered 75 of the lemon glaze cookie for my bridal shower and then the next week ordered bulk mini cookies for my wedding: sugar cookies, brownie batter, oreo cookie, the reeces peanutbutter cookie. Patty took my many calls and worked with me in person to help make my wedding desert table of my dreams! The let me pick up the lemon cookie and the sugar cookie the night before so that I could chill them and then made the remaining cookies fresh and they were warm for my reception. Patty is so kind and generous and deserves a raise/promotion. Highly recommend working with this location!...

My family loves Crumbl for dessert. The four new flavors each week coupled with two classic favorites gives us plenty of flavor choices. We’ve added Crumbl to our list of reward incentives, and our six year old adores earning a cookie gift wrapped with her name and a special message.

Their curbside pick up service is very quick and painless. I usually order it as I’m waiting for my Walmart Pick Up order (same shopping center) or as I’m leaving my house. It’s a 3 minute drive to the cookie shop. Minutes after I tap “I’m here” on the app, I’m back out on the road, taking my cookies home. We have to go straight home. As soon as we smell those delicious, warm cookies, all bets are off. But I’m not about to let these heathens eat in my car.

We love Crumbl cookies. Haven’t been able to have their ice cream yet. It’s always out of stock. I honestly think they just don’t sell it anymore, or aren’t selling it for a while. If either is the case, they should let their customers know, and remove it from the app in...
