I've been coming here for a few Times 1st time was a disaster. 0 customer service skills on the phone. But the manager took care of it very kind very polite extremely customer service oriented. The pizza today I'd give it 4 stars. The lady at the cash register I'll give no stars or negative stars along with a manager. I went in to pay for my pizza gave the lady a $100 bill she looked at me and said I cannot take this period as like why not you have in the past she's like it is illegal for me to take this I can't take it you must go to another store and break it. I said if it's illegal for me to have a $100 bill why would it be legal for another store to take it she's like well we can't take it it's illegal for Domino's to accept a $100 bill. I asked for the manager the manager told me that he cannot take it will never take it and Domino's does not take a any bills over $50. However he can't take a $50 bill because he only has changed to break a $50 bill. Went to the liquor store and a happily broke the bill and Made a statement that Domino's Sends their customers to them to break $100 bills. Totally inconvenient totally disrespectful and totally non customer service at all. I go the manager I may as well just place a to go order for delivery and I'll pay for it with a $100 bill hes like well my drivers won't have the change I said well then I guess you were wasting time period like I said 0 customer service skills 0 responsibility for anything don't waste your time period I hope the district manager reads these and realizes what kind of employees that they have in that store and maybe they can bring in some new people that understand what...
   Read moreAlthough this used to be one of my favorite places to eat I've been extremely disappointed recently with the availability of the store and being able to purchase their menu items. It appears they're really struggling to keep their stores staffed and to be able to provide the quality of service that they once had in the past. And this isn't just the one Domino's this is multiple Domino's in the area. It's also disappointing that they're all doing their own scheduling because the online times and the times on the app are inaccurate and you're notified to contact the stores for information and when you're ordering food you can't order online during certain times which leaves you out of being able to earn your points and stuff for your rewards. Also it was very upsetting because I had purchased an online order and then was called back about 5 minutes later from the store saying that they couldn't fulfill the order even though I had already prepaid for it because they were closed so now I'm concerned about how I'm going to get my money back. Unless you're ordering it like early afternoon to mid-afternoon hours I would find something else to take your business to you can't really rely on what you see on the internet and what the stores are doing at this current time. Now when they are able to perform their services their food is usually very good and is made correct and the staff is very polite and professional. If you're going to give it a chance though I would definitely not prepay unless you know for sure that they are going to be able to...

My fiance, Chris, called at 7:52pm ordered $80 worth of food including 2 pizzas and some chicken & sides, was told it would take 30-40 minutes for delivery. Ok, fine no problem. But here we are at 9:30pm, still no food, so he calls the store. The "manager" he spoke to decided to tell him, after waiting this long, that there's only 1 delivery driver AND theres still 4-5 delivery orders ahead of us. So at that point he asks him to just cancel the order and refund the money. He tried to explain that we have a 3.5 yr old at home and this is ridiculous, and that we fully understand being short handed, but GIVE HONEST WAIT TIMES. We never would have ordered delivery if we would have known this. The guy tells him that if the refund doesn't go through tonight, then it will in the next 3 business days. Chris asked for the "managers" name, so we know who told him it would be refunded, and this guy straight up refused to just give his first name saying "I don't like to give out my name". Chris even tried to tell him he's not asking for his full name, just a first name so he can follow up if need be. The "manager" continued to cut him off, not letting him finish a sentence, and then hung up. Seriously Dominos??
