I ordered a pizza from this location around 730pm and was quoted a 7:50pm delivery time. Around 8:05pm I received a notification saying it was delivered. I immediately checked my front door, and the pizza was not there. I waited a couple minutes in case the delivery driver simply put in that it was delivered to make it within a certain time. I called in after the pizza was still not delivered, talked to a lady who confirmed my address and said the driver said it was delievered and picked up by someone. The only other person in my house is my best friend who ordered Venezia's pizza at the same time, which we received promptly. The second delivery driver texted me saying the pizza was delivered as I was standing at the door. Once again, nobody arrived and I had no pizza. I texted the driver back saying there was no pizza and that it had to have been incorrectly delivered. I called in and a gentleman answered this time, telling me that the driver said he delivered it to the door in the corner. I do have a house in the corner, however, the house mentioned was not my house as i still have no pizza. The gentleman on the phone basically took 5 minutes on the phone to tell me he doesn't believe that I did not receive my pizza and that he can't keep giving me free pizza all night. I told him he could very well refund my money and tip, simply deliver me the pizza i wanted in the first place, or if need be i could eat the money and I will definitely not be ordering from Domino's ever again. He agreed to deliver the pizza after continuing to confirm my address again. I finally received my pizza at 9:33pm after Justin(?), a brand new delivery driver from New York, called me to ensure he was in the right location. Justin told me he had to use his phone gps because the dominos GPS was not working. Needless to say, we will continue to order from...
Read moreWe decided to order delivery tonight with the 50% off special. It would have been nice to know it also meant some of the toppings may be missing as well. One of our pizzas was supposed to have bell pepper and onion, but it is not there. I thought maybe I had somehow messed up and had them removed, but a check of the order and receipt confirms it should be there.
I called the store directly and after a couple of minutes of trying to find the order she asked what pizza was missing what toppings. I explained Bell Pepper and Onion. I was then informed that “Oh we don’t have any, we ran out.” I restated that statement to make sure I heard that right, and yup, I sure did. She then said she was sorry and is there anything else she can do, and that was that. I was blown away, so if you run out of something, you charge the customer for it, don’t tell them, and then just assume to bad so sad?
To make matters worse, there is literally a Fry’s just around the corner, where these simple toppings could have been found while trying to see if there is a store nearby they can swipe from until their inventory issue is resolved. Many chain restaurants do this. I even did it back in the day when I worked in fast food.
I recommend to anyone doing business here to NEVER get delivery, and ALWAYS pay in-store, and inspect each pizza like you are taking delivery of a Lambo and if it’s wrong, they can either fix it or you can walk away and not be out the money for such...
Read moreSubpar food, terrible service. Poor dominoes. I try you every five years, and you are consistently bad. When will I learn my lesson.
I thought I would take Domino’s up on their offer for a large two topping for seven dollars this week. on Saturday, the second busiest pizza day of the week, there was only one person manning the store. Poor guy was trying to do four or five peoples job. (Speaks to poor management.) the pizza took much longer to process, and when I arrived, and did the deliver to your car option, no one ever showed up. They told us to park in front of a store, a couple down from the dominoes, which I did, but no one ever showed up. after five minutes, I finally went in, and asked the worker why he didn’t come to the car. He said he looked out and didn’t see my car, which was not at all where they told me to park. He was obviously too busy to bring it out.
Then when we get the pizza home, it’s worse than the last Domino’s Pizza I had, five years ago. The crust is completely covered on the bottom with cornmeal, and this weird garlicky sauce they put on it has a weird aftertaste. It’s mostly about the sauce, with very little cheese. They do try with the toppings, but even they seem subpar.
I guess I’ll wait again another five years and hope dominoes gets better. Don’t know why I put myself...
