Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Mesa

I have been going to this same owners locations for 16 years. I have noticed that since they moved into their new location that the food has been hit and miss. My family eats there at least 3 times a week. After tonight's experience I would rather spend my money at Chipotle WAY larger portions for the same price or cheaper !! The straw that broke the camel's back was tonight , I asked them to put 2 orders of their rolled tacos the Monday special into 1 box instead of being wrapped up in a piece of paper where all the cheese sticks to the paper. The cashier informed me that it will be 60 cents for them to put the rolled tacos in a box and they put them in 2 boxes when I clearly asked for 1 box. They have never asked me to pay 60 cents for a box before in 16 years, so I told them well I'm not paying 60 cents for a box that you know cost them 5 cents ! Maybe I would consider paying the extra if they could get their cooks to be consistent on the food one day you will have the best burrito you've ever eaten and 2 days later you order the same burrito and it's so bad you have to feed it to the dogs !!! Ordered carne asada fries with added Pico and beans but got a plate full of grease with french fries during on it meet a bit of sour cream a bit of cheese a bit of beans a bit of Pico and a great deal at guaco. Needless to say it was rather nasty. Then we got a chimichanga plate and upon opening it to add in hot sauce all I had and it was tomatoes onions and bell peppers and a shell that's it no meat nothing just vegetables, didn't even eat it. Took it apart and hopes that I can have some meat in there and just make it a tiny little thing but there was no may at all. So other then it being taken apart it was untouched(didn't eat). I wanted to call and complain but my boyfriend said there is not point in doing that because they knew exactly what they sent out that window. I'm hoping someone will read this and do something about the ignorance, this food isn't cheap but then to get food you can't eat is too much. I will no longer eat at any location any more.
