I like Fired Pie, and this is not again this location it staff. This review is for the mac and cheese on the menu. IT IS STRAIGHT UP A RIP-OFF! Don't GET IT. The pizza is good, but don't waste your money on the mac. It is so small for the price 7.59 plus tax and it is smaller then a chlid's portion from an individual microwavable cup. It it was 2.99 maybe worth it as a side. For 7.59 as a side, or a dish is a joke. Some upper needs to pull is head of the ground and cone back to reality. I put my hand and my wife's hand in the photo as a point if size reference. The mac photo where you can see the bottom of the bowl, is one small spoon deep. I am just trying to clearly show how bad this dish SUCKS! And it is not that great of mac and cheese.

I used to loved this place but this guy on the picture working for this place make me change my mind this is the second time on this company that happen to me, we ordered 3 pizzas one of my guys ask for ham, and the employee put like 3-5 pieces only, my guy ask for more and the employee said this is the limit per pizza, also the employee has a very nasty attitude since we got to eat. I watched him working as long we eat and he only use one hand to put the ingredients in the pizza with a lazy way I’ll never come back this company anymore.

Went to Fired Pie (Mesa Riverview) for the first time the other night. They have been around forever, but I have never tried them out. It is a build-your-own personal pizza place, kinda like Subway. I was impressed. The price was reasonable (less than $12), and I got to be creative with my toppings. The employee who made my pizza seemed to care a lot about making quality pies, which was crazy refreshing to see at a fast-casual dining place. I was very pleased, and will be eating there again.

My experiences in the past were wonderful, but this new crew of children are just a new breed of disappointment to customer service. The female that assisted me with my order, did as I asked and didn't say anything but could read on her face that she was very impatient. So she gave me a skimpy amount of the items that I requested. Very skimpy to the point where there was more sauce showing off of the bottom then there was cheese covering it. And then when I asked her for more cheese to cover it, she just grabbed a little pinch and threw a little tiny bit more. And I was like can we please cover the sauce with cheese? Well it seemed to be a struggle to get toppings. I mean literally, like five slices of jalapenos on an entire Pizza? I ordered cheesy bread. All the different pizza places that have the same style with the bar that you can add your own items will put a pesto sauce on my cheesy bread. Most of the time I order cheesy bread with some spinach cheese and pesto sauce. This kid wouldn't do that. I didn't even ask her for spinach. I just asked her for the pesto sauce and she told me if you get pesto sausage instead of the butter garlic sauce I will charge you the full price of the pizza plus the cauliflower crust. Really? It's not like she would have covered the crust with the pesto sauce since all of the items are distributed in a very skimpy quantity now. They don't have vegan meat either, like MOD Pizza does.

There was an older male. Not really too much older but in his later twenties before that was very friendly and very helpful and very considerate and kind and patient. I don't know if he doesn't work there anymore but these little girls running the front.... Not the same experience at all and after this one it won't be my go-to. I'll go to MOD Pizza from...

Good Afternoon - Went to the Mesa Riverview Location two nights ago with my daughter. This was our first visit to FiredPie and we were not impressed. They say you can 'customize' your pizza they way you like it - but that's no True.

While building my pizza, I noticed the gal was very skimpy with the toppings and when I asked for extra Sausage, she replied 'Any More Meats' and I asked why does that matter? She replied 'We have to Portion Control all Pizzas' The gal goes on to tell me that her Manager yells at them for putting too much toppings on the pizzas.

In the End, I paid $8.79 for a 'Customizable' and wasn't able to get Extra Pepperoni, Sausage, Meatballs and Extra Cheese on my pizza - would of been better off going to Blaze or MODD Pizza.

After eating, I went up to apologize to the employee for making her feel uncomfortable because I wanted extra toppings on my pizza. She actually apologized to me for not being able to do it because her manager yells at them for portioning too much toppings. I told her to hang in there, that she was so kind, friendly and sincere.

I guess at FIREPIE, they advertise 'Customizable' but in actuality, you get a pizza the way the Manager likes it, which begs the question - Why doesn't the manager pay for my pizza then. I have no problem paying good money for Great Quality and Service - but this is a little too much when you can customize at the competition.

I'm not sure I'll be running back to FIREPIE any time soon - Sorry! I was just hoping for a GREAT Customizable...

So after my first experience of a fired pie location in N PHX w 3 burnt and lack of ingredients pizza, the owner reached out to me and apologized and was super sincere and gave me a $30 credit I had used the credit last week to get a pizza from this location. I was very happy w the pizza and service in n out and pizza paid for w the credit on the app. Yesterday I decided to use the remaining balance and called and placed my order --pizza and modified salad. I got there right as pizza was taken out of oven and yet I didn't leave for another 30 min. The employee couldn't figure out how to pay for the order w my credit And then on top of it all they made the salad wrong She called her manager who also wasn't sure how to correctly pay Finally they just gave me the food Cold pizza and salad and I left I wrote the owner letting him know of the incompetent staff and cold food and wrong made food And it seems his sincere apologies went out the door. His response was that yesterday was an all day promo of 25% off So the system wouldnt recognize the credit on my account and he would just close my acct now since I said I was never going back again. Perhaps he should train his staff and managers about the promo they have and/or how to handle a situation like this. Good concept, but horribly executed, managed, and run. Sit down and eat u will prob b ok Order take out and beware! Either way I will never...
