If I could give a 0 I would. I have been coming here for the last 4 years. Walked in today like any other day, given it was Valentine’s Day, stopped by for heart shaped donuts for my kiddos. When I walked in, the gal in the front whom I did not get a name, asked which ones I wanted. I asked for half dozen, 3 chocolate hearts and 3 white glaze hearts. She bent down to see where I pointed and she heard us talk about them having the heart shaped donuts. I move to the register to get ready to pay, so I did not watch her pack the donuts, since I was ready to pay since we’re on a busy schedule. She got to the front, charged me, I paid and left. Since she taped the box, I just assumed my order was right. Again, I’ve been coming for the last 4 years. Thank goodness I opened the box in my car since my son was with me; he was so excited to get his heart shape donut lol. I even hesitated to go back to ask for the right ones since I asked for the heart ones, and because I mean the taste is the same. But I did go back for my son who wanted one he heart shaped. I went back and I nicely told her the order was wrong, telling her I had asked for the heart ones. She became offended immediately. I handed her the the box and the way she responded seriously has me speechless- I even asked her to pull the surveillance but then I caught myself, I was not going to argue over donuts lol and my son was with me- I said look just give me the right order for what I paid. Trust me when I say I NEVER write reviews. But today was an exception with how horrible this customer service was- her choice of words, she was rude, arrogant, and even said she asked me more than once on what I wanted which was NOT true. Hence why I invited to pull surveillance. She did not own up whatsoever to her mistake, went into a full battle with me. I work in customer service and I will be the first to tell you that the customer is not always right. But today, was an unfortunate experience and truly writing this from a neutral perspective. The solution was very simple, correct the order apologize and move on. I will no longer give this place my business and while I know this won’t stop them, I want to make sure to share my experience today. I did not get her name but I have never experienced such a negative experience anywhere in my life- and I’m an almost 40 year old woman! Who simply walked in to get heart shaped donuts for her kiddos lol. If that was the owner, I am appalled by your behavior today. I truly hope when this review is read, you realize the impact you have on your customers and how simple the solution to this was, it was not necessary to speak to me the way you did not your choice of words let alone accuse me the way you did- over donuts lol. I’ll be praying for you as clearly you were having a bad day. Happy...
Read moreVery impatient & rude customer service. I came in during an off peak time (9:30 am on a Friday) with my 3 kids. They were so excited about the doughnuts that it was very hard for me to hear their order requests over them all talking at the same time and over the customers in front of me also giving their orders. The woman behind the counter kept impatiently asking what we wanted when I kept trying to explain that we needed a moment. Seeing her impatience grow, I went ahead and said we just wanted 3 doughnuts, which I later had to change to 4 when one of my other kids changed his mind. As the kids were taking their time deciding on what they wanted, I noticed they had milk boba tea and I went ahead and I also ordered that for myself. The woman behind the counter was SO annoyed with my extra request she made a face and lifted up the empty doughnut bag and snapped her tongs up in the air and said something along the lines, " um, hello the 4 doughnuts?" very rudely. It was quite humorous considering we were only in there for about 5 min and there was no one else behind us. I wished she had said, "I would love to get that tea order in too, but since I started with the doughnuts I would love to help you finishing picking these out first." Something more polite then snapping tongs at me and making a face. I kindly and softly said, "you know what, never mind." As I started to walk out of there with the kids to go somewhere more patient with a mother and kids, she scoffed at me and then said something rude about me to the new customer coming in. I am only leaving this negative review in hopes management can work with their young customer service team on patience and better communication skills with customers. It will serve them well in the long run. If you see my other reviews, I always try to give the best reviews possible to help local businesses thrive, so its disappointing to have to leave a 1 star review. Bosa usually has fresh & delicious doughnuts so it's a disappointment to see such poor customer service at...
Read moreWhile the donuts are always amazing here, today was exceptionally frustrating. I told the owner that I needed 2 1/2 dozen donuts for a kids Christmas party and handed him a coupon. This particular location does not take the coupon they get you six free donuts. That is fine with me. Where things went crazy was when the owner said, “Let’s make it three dozen; I’m throwing in a dozen for free.” I told him that sounded good to me, as I would give the extra six donuts to my kids. He then hands me the three dozen donuts and says, “One more dozen,” and then start smiling and laughing. “This is a good time to get donuts. This is happy hour.” I thanked him immensely for a second free dozen donuts! I stuffed his tip jar and then handed him my debit card. When it rang up as $48, I almost fainted. I asked him what was going on with the price. He said, “I told you that if you bought three dozen, I would give you another dozen free.” I told him that is not what he said, and that is not what I understood, which was clear given my comment about having six donuts left over. He was not backing down, and I did not push it. He’s a nice guy, but his communication skills are very poor in this regard. There are plenty of Bosa donut locations. I will not be back...
