It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Mesa

I ordered through door dash (so by default I gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere). My 16 piece "hot" had no hot sauce and were so dry I was spitting out pieces that were unchewable. I gave up around wing 6 and tossed the rest in the trash. My mother's 8 piece "BBQ' and a spattering of bbq sauce and were equally as dry. The fries had a strange smell to them and I tossed them as well. 50 bucks down the drain. Won't make that mistake again.

Disgusting!! I will absolutely never come here again in my life! They left part of the feather(quill/staff) still attached to multiple wings in my order! They did not want to give me a full refund they only gave me half of my money back!! The quality of food is just trash!! Who doesn’t check the quality of food while cooking/before giving it to a customer? I can only imagine what other things they go on in...

All I wanted was to try the wings & had to jump thru hoops to set up a ( Doordash ) app/acct even though I was physically at the Chili's location where the food is sold thru. Unnecessary work a " customer " has to do just to get a meal !! Just let the " customer " order at the restaurant with the server ! Too much...
