Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mesa

My experiences here had all been great until this last visit (which was ordered through the app). When I arrived to pick up my pizza (15 minutes after the app had notified me that it was done) I found myself among a group of customers also waiting for their food (apparently l they had completely scorched the last batch to a crispy black. I waited for about 10 minutes, around 7-8 other waiting customers, with no employee in sight, so eventually popped my head around the corner and asked if there was a pizza under [my name], to which the worker responded that no, she hadn't come across the name in her orders yet. I would have just left except for the fact that I had already driven all the way here, had paid for the pizza, and had already waited for a good 40 minutes at this point.

Once, an hour or so after the pizza said that it was ready, the same worker I had spoken to came out and started reading the names that correlated with the pizzas that were in the heating rack, and had been there since I arrived. Sure enough, among them was mine, which had been finished before I had arrived. I told her that that was why I had asked, her response was that it had just been put in the pizza heater (apparently forgetting that I had stood within a line of sight of it for an hour at this point), but I just took the pizza and left.

A tad frustrated, I went home. The worst part... when I opened the pizza box, there was a bunch of burned pizza from another pizza on it, but worse... there was a bite taken out of it! I tried to call them to bring it back for a different pizza or a refund (which I highly doubt they would do). Regardless, it wouldn't make any different because they wouldn't even answer their phone.

So based on their app's glitch, wait time, moody employees, and a BITE out of it, I would've given them 0 stars if I could, but alas, one will...

Little Caesars disappoints yet again! We wanted to try the new pizza bites which have gone viral for some reason that only god knows why. We place a take-out order at 5:15. Tell me why it’s 6:15 (AN HOUR LATER) and the tracker still says “in the oven!” We ordered two orders of cheese pizza bites, one order of pepperoni bites, and a pepperoni pizza.

I go to pick it up, and me and a bunch of other people are standing in the lobby looking mad as heck. There are only two employees seen working and the guy at the counter can’t seem to let anyone know what’s up let alone form a coherent thought. After another 20 minutes or so of waiting, I finally get my order and leave.

To make matters even worse, when I get home (I live less than a mile from the location), the pizza bites are cold AND they messed up the order; we ordered two of the cheese pizza bites, but got one cheese and one pepperoni. Such a massive failure. It should not have taken over an hour to get some bagel bite wannabes that were not even warm 😭

The pizza bites were literally cold, hard, and congealed. So unappetizing, and really makes you wonder if people’s tastes have deteriorated or something cause why are these things so popular?

Domino’s would never do us...

A Surprisingly Terrible Pizza Excellent Staff

The staff was amazing, professional, and kind. That said, I was there to try the new Stuffed Deep Deep! Dish pizza.

A fresh one that was cheese only was made for my order. I took it home happily excited to try the new pizza, then I took a bite. It was horrible. It looked fine, but tasted very off,

If someone said, "Oh sorry my bad The cheese/sauce was expired" I would not be shocked at all.

It tasted like something had gone bad, or like the oil from takeout food was left overnight and poured generously overtop. Even scraping off the sauce didn't make It's two separate pizzas and I tried some of both and both were bad enough for me

The Crazy Bread was fantastic, the dipping sauce wasn't very good, but wasnt terrible.

Little Caesars is in my Top Three favorite Pizza places, the only chain present. This is the first time I've had a fresh pizza, from anyone, be inedible.

I don't know what went wrong, but I'm looking to buy another pizza and sadly, am looking at a different store instead. Since I don't know what made the pizza taste so bad, I don't want to order from another Little Caesars and get another pizza that I can't manage...
