This place is not worth being considered even. Go to Jamba Juice. Or get an icee from circle k. Worst service I’ve ever received last night. For one, it’s ran by teenagers who have attitude problems and mumble on the intercom and make things deliberately difficult on you, I had to strain the entire time even at the window to understand this girl who purposely was talking like she had peanut butter in her mouth with a volume nobody would’ve been able to hear and she refused to lean towards me even a little to make my life easier so I could hear anything she was saying. She was acting like a spoiled little brat to say the least. Not to mention I had to repeat my order that I had already mentioned at the intercom. Had wanted to purchase water bottles with the smoothies as I ordered two with a T-Mobile deal I had and had to make a small purchase. Red head working the drive through said “we don’t sell water bottles” yet it shows on the app that they do. She was monotonous and unwelcoming. Prolly pissed off she had to work which welcome to life sweetie time to buck up and get over yourself. But believe it or not it gets worse. We were handed our smoothies and one of them was acceptably bad is what I’d call it. We got the Bahama mama which is their big hit. And I got the sunrise sunset. The sunrise sunset was not good but it was tolerable. And I have ordered here before so I’ve had several smoothies from this place and they were always pretty good not like Jamba but they somewhat did the job… so that one was good enough that we weren’t choking or spitting it out. Still not good compared to last visits. But the bahama mama that these young ladies handed to me and my boyfriend had an offensively horrific and hatefully bitter taste to it, that I’m a bit traumatized by the experience because I have no idea on earth what they could have put in that smoothie what anyone could have put in that smoothie that could have made any smoothie taste so disgusting and bitter and god-awful. We pulled over dangerously after pulling out without hesitation to spit these things out that we almost caused a collision, and we are not the type to be easily rattled and upset like we were after taking a sip of that disgusting thing they made for us. They are lucky it was closing time because anyone would feel as insulted and offended and personally victimized like we did after drinking from that cup as we felt and feel this morning. And they are lucky the smoothies were free. But I’ll bad mouth this place every chance I get, this place should be closed down and gutted and the memory of it being on this corner should be totally erased because I would have lost a fear factor competition if they wanted me to drink that entire cup to win hundreds of thousands of dollars. If I could rate this location, zero stars I would. I had placed an order at 6:30pm for an 8 PM pick up, according to Google the location closes at 9. I show up a couple minutes before eight, all of the front lights are off, except for the open sign, and both entrance doors are locked. I go to the drive-thru And I do believe that I honked my horn to try and get somebody’s attention, ended up, waiting around the front, going back through the drive-through and that’s when I made eye contact with a storm member. She scurried to the back, at that point I knew that I was not going to get served, but I had already paid for my order. So of course, I did what anyone would do, go up to the building and knock on the door, rather loudly because at this point, they are hiding in the back. I never received my order, as they were refusing to serve any customer, not just me. There were other orders that were being placed, I could see it on the drive-through screen. At one point, I did see somebody grab the orders on the counter, And of course, scurry’s right to the back where they cannot be seen from the any view from windows Ultimately, a manager ended up coming to Help them close. and escort them out of the building With not a single word said to the customers in the parking lot.. waiting . I ended up having a “conversation “ in the parking lot with “Ghost” He did express that we would get refunds without asking names for orders or anything got in his car, flipped us off and drove away. One week later, I contacted the district manager via a phone call to this location and was provided her phone number, and I’ve not heard anything back and I’ve yet to receive a refund. I sent a follow up message regarding the refund of the order that was placed on 2/23/25 . And still silence. And contacted the email provided. Silence still. 4/17/25 a generic response was provided on this review but no contact has been made on their part.

As of 4/17/25 I’ve reached out to corporate many of times, at least two times that I’ve actually spoken to a representative, They have informed me that there’s nothing that they can do in regards to a refund, but they’re gonna push the district manager of this location to contact me. I have yet to receive any email phone call text message. On top of that, as of 4/15 My phone call calls to this store directly, are not able to go through, As if my phone number has been blocked.

Wow! I'm looking at these reviews and now I know why I received such horrible service. Went there a week ago or something as I live literally right here in the condo complex next to it. Most horrible experience ever! First I have to say I have come here maybe 2x before and it's always like 15 minutes just to get anything from thisnsribe thru. That's criminal! Anyway, ordered a Thai salad with no wontons and no sesame seeds. It was $6 or $7. I get tonthe window and immediately the girl was disgustingly rude and dismissive and I knew she was a gross person. After a long while she hands me my salad and it felt so lite. I open the salad and it was like a handful of lettuce with a couple of pieces of chicken thrown on it. Inmarched my ass inside the store and demanded my money back. There was a gir who was new and was training and this poor excuse for an emmployee, T.K. She shouldn't be in public dealing with people in any way. She thinks she can just be rude to customers and it's ok. When I went in she was on the headset taking someone's order and she saw me standing there and she knew what I wanted and she ignored me and then she actually started taking someone else's order immediately after knowing she was the only one who knew how to refund me. I had to make big stink and say, Hey I'm standing here and you have the nerve to take another order when I need a refund from your horrible bad service and bad food that I already waited too long for." I will never again go to a TSC. It's all crap anyway with fake chicken and processed garbage anyway and the smoothies have 3x the sugar content they need to have. Fire T.K.
