We had waited almost an hour for our food. Pizzas were done in 25 min, even though they said 15, but we also ordered crazy bread, and ended up waiting another 30 minutes... Even though I kept seeing people come and leave with crazy bread.. they put the "kiosk" ordering before people who walked in.. and THAT IS WRONG !! We are no different than them.. When we got home, the pizza was "doughy" and not cooked all the way, and so was the bread. So my son called the store and asked to speak to the manager. A gentleman by the name of James who said that he was the general manager got on the line we told him what had happened he asked if we had a receipt or could we give him the number on the side of the box which we did he verified our order we explained to him what happened and he apologized he said that the oven wasn't heating to the correct temperature and I thought to myself that's really dangerous but what got me which I was upset over, is how people who came to get pizza directly.. had to wait, unforgivable amount of time, and got side stepped for people who ordered via the kiosk... Let me explain something.. it's called time... For example I walk in I place my order at 9:00 and 9:02 a kiosk order comes in at 9:05 another kiosk order comes in at 9:06 someone walks in and places in order it gets done by the time who's first 9:00 then 9:02 then 9:05 then 9:06 that is the respectable thing to do shame on you Little Caesars.... !!!!! This was also the first time, seeing people have to wait...
Read moreI ordered online. 3 pizzas two orders of bread. No biggie. It says 20 minutes. I get a notification it’s ready and walk into the store five minutes later. The woman in front of me orders many pizzas. I get to the counter and ask for my order. The app said ready mind you. She says it’ll be a few more minutes. “Ok” I say. And thus begins the wait. 25 minutes later the lady who ordered AT THE COUNTER gets her FRESH pizzas. I ask what’s going on with my order. The girl Asks my name again as if she’s forgotten who I am while I waited, walks away and then returns and says “it’ll be a few more minutes” I ask “how is that possible? It’s three pizzas and it was done before the lady you just gave the food to ever ordered” she doesn’t say a word but walks away and talks to a co worker, they find my NOW TWENTY FIVE MINUTE OLD FOOD IN THE BACK OF THEIR HEATER, she very rudely gives it to me no offer of discount or refund not so much as an apology. As if it was planned I got home and my food isn’t only cold but the crazy bread is dry and has absolutely no toppings of any kind on it, it’s literally just limp bread! I took photos to attach. Read morehad four or 5 groups already waiting when I came in (tried to order online and it wouldn't work)- told me a 5 to ten minute wait, at least a dozen people came in after me, waited and got their pizza. Finally I asked since the lobby was cleared out, guy said sorry and grabbed a box from the back. Went home and discovered it's not my order (my name on box)- by now it was 45 minutes since I first ordered. Called and they told me to come back and they won't charge me for the new pizza, that threw me- I already paid, they got my order wrong (and I probably paid more for the toppings I didn't want). Drive back waited in line again-- girl goes to back and shoves a box towards me. No "SORRY ABOUT THAT", nothing. I guess I am supposed to be happy they didn't charge me for the second pizza- although I returned the wrong one. they have long waits, I am used to that, but a little customer service isn't asking too...
