Well she then lied to me and when I pulled up to speak to her she turned her back to me and I could not see any thing because she completely blocked my view. She refused to speak as if she had been insulted." Since when does does the order woman refuse to wait on a customer? Read moreFirst off told them wanted my hashbrowns very hot. Got them and they would of worked but she gave part of our order and shut the window. I knocked said I needed salt and pepper, she shut window again and by the time she gave me salt and pepper my hashbrowns and egg McMuffin was almost cold for me. So I told her as I gave to her I'm parking and coming in I want both very fresh and hashbrowns can't even be waiting at all put in my hands as soon as it's up. I went in waited almost 2 mins and she grab a hashbrowns without it just coming up. So I said again I want fresh and sandwich to. So the next one came up right away and it wasn't hot at all I think they refried the hashbrown just to show heat. They did give 4.10 of my money back without me asking, but it coated me 4.49 plus tax and the one with the attitude can't can't count, because I got 4.10 so what happened to the rest and the tax that went with it. Also she gave it with an attitude. Read moreIt's a shame I can't attach pictures of my food I purchased. I treated my mother to dinner there and had ordered two quarter pounders with cheese and onion only, two large fries, and a four piece of glazed chicken tenders. The tenders felt like compressed membranes and was horribly off putting. Both quarter pounders were uncooked in the middle, medium rare as it radiated out, and finished off being medium/medium-well at the edges. The onions put on the burgers were too few as they had put maybe two rings (that they called "slivered") on the burgers, IF THAT.
The manager working there tonight was a very rude and condescending woman toward her employees, which was absolutely uncalled for and down right disgusting and disappointing. Especially since she was perfectly nice to me and the other customers. It only showed her lack of professionalism and her utter disregard for courtesy as far as her shift team was concerned.
The manager's employees, however, were very sweet. They did their jobs well and did what they could to help with anything they were able to. And at least the manager replaced the food, but not before debating it with me in front of other customers which made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Overall, don't go to this particular location. It is horrible. I'll be emailing their corporate offices due to the crappy service...
