Service EXTREMELY SLOW AT FRONT COUNTER. IF YOU'RE NOT IN DRIVE THRU YOU'RE GUARENTEED TO EXPERIENCE SLOW AND DISORGANIZED SERVICE!!! NOT TO MENTION RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHETHER I COME IN TO PICK UP A FOR DASH ORDER OR TO JUST PLACE AN ORDER TO BEGIN WITH, I KNOW THAT AFTER WALKING INTO THE DOORS TO THE LOBBY AND GETTING IN LINE AT THE FRONT COUNTER I'M GOING TO BE WAITING AT LEAST 15 TO 20 MINUTES BEFORE I CAN SPEAK WITH AN EMPLOYEE TO PLACE AN ORDER. I UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE COMPUTERS NOW THAT WE CAN WALK UP TO AND PLACE OUR ORDER ON BUT SOME OF US PAY CASH OR PERSONAL REASONS AND THAT ALONE SHOULDN'T GIVE THE STORE EMPLOYEES THE RIGHT TO BASICALLY IGNORE ANYONE IN LINE TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH AN EMPLOYEE. TO BE HONEST MOST LOCATIONS I VISIT NOWADAYS ALL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE! AFTER THE PANDEMIC AND THE ENTIRE NO CONTACT PICKUP AND DELIVERY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES EVERY SINGLE MCDONALD'S I GO DO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM OF NOT ASSISTING IN LINE TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER IN THE LOBBY WHO ARE PAYING CASH. THE LONGEST I'VE EVER WAITED AT THIS LOCATION WAS 30 MINUTES BEFORE I COULD PLACE AN ORDER AND THAT WAS AFTER ME AND A FEW OTHER WOMEN IN LINE ATTEMPTED NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET THE ATTENTION OF THE EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE BACK SOME OF WHICH LOOKED AT US AND JUST CONTINUED DOING WHAT THEY WERE DOING THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY AND GET ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO ASSIST. Read moreToday at about 5:10 PM I ran into an issue where I ordered and paid on the McDonald’s app. When I got to the drive thru window they would not give me my food until I paid again. I told them I already paid through the app! They said it didn’t go through on their end???? So instead of holding the drive thru line any longer I paid again. I end up going though my bank statement and sure enough I paid. So I went back to the restaurant because they messed up on my pies. I wanted strawberry cheesecake pies they gave me two apple. Blah. So I went and the young guy who was the manager was nice at first until he tried to lie to me and tell me I paid a partial payment online and that my food was more because the deal I had chosen don’t go though. A straight lie. The deal went though, I paid online and when I paid cash it was the same amount! He got mad and just said fine and gave me what I paid in cash. I don’t think I should have to pay twice when you can’t even get my order right in the first place. I believe they tried to scam me but I pay attention to the things I buy and the amount it’s going to be before I agree to pay anything. Get your recipes! Take you screen shots!
Food was good besides having to pay for lettuce and not getting any. But we had enough to deal with!

Read moreI ordered Mickey D's through the Postmates app, but when I received my order, not only were there several items missing (including all of the fries for the 3 meals I ordered were missing–we straight up got NO fries!!), but one or two of our burgers were made incorrectly. So, my roommate & I had to walk all the way to McDonald's so we could get our order fixed. We got there right when they closed the lobby (I think we walked up at like 11:02 & they lock the lobby up at 11:00, so we barely missed it; but we got there as quickly as our lambrofeeties would take us!!), but luckily for us the manager on duty was VERY understanding to what happened, & she not only remade ALL of our food, but she even threw in some bonus cookies, pies AND a small drink while we waited!! It DEFINITELY made up for both the incorrect order as well as the walk to & from McDonald's. She even made us a different drink because we mentioned that we didn't like one of the drinks we ordered (it was the new Oreo drink...we thought it would taste like a McFlurry, but we were not a fan, lol), & she didn't have to do that. She definitely went way above & beyond to make our order right, & we were very appreciative of her efforts & courtesy. I wish I had gotten her name so I could let her boss know how awesome she is. I don't think I've ever had such a wonderful encounter with any other McDonalds manager, or any other fast food manager for that matter. She definitely deserves...
