DO NOT GET FOOD HERE UNLESS YOU'VE GOT PLANS FOR A COLONOSCOPY AND LOWERED SELF ESTEEM. Such a disappointment. Let's compare this business to in and out. Equally busy, but contrary to how in and out runs business, the staff were disrespectful, inattentive, sarcastic upon answering reasonable questions, and they were painfully obvious in their desire to not be working there. It was pathetic. That is no image for a restaurant to have across all visible faces. I wasn't getting any food, but my boyfriend got a combo with chicken and fries. Within thirty minutes or so from finishing his food the poor guy was running for the toilet with Raisen Canes (RC) coming out both ends... Obviously we were more focused on his illness than dealing with RC while he was sick... so now that he's feeling better, we call back and speak with ERIKA. Erika discounts his ailments and says she doesn't "believe" he could have gotten sick from their food AND refuses to refund him his money. I am glad we called, because her blatant lack of consideration for anyone but herself was evident through her tone on the phone by itself. Near the end of the call she finally admitted she had the capacity to refund a meal, but that she didn't want to take the time doing that. That she just wanted to give my boyfriend a credit.... to return to the business that was rude and gave him a nasty stomach virus without the decency to acknowledge even the mere possibility they caused it... when he ONLY ate their food and got sick 30-90 minutes after eating it... without having eaten anything else all day. Such a pathetic excuse for a food-establishment and worse customer service than the worst Walmart I've been to---and I've been across the USA twice. DO NOT GET FOOD HERE UNLESS YOU'VE GOT PLANS FOR A COLONOSCOPY AND LOWERED SELF ESTEEM. It will clean out your bowels... only AFTER they treat you like an idiot for ever walking through their doors. In n out is across the street and subway is down the road. Find something else. Not even desperation would bring me back here. Thanks...

Unbelievable experience, I went in with my siblings after a phx suns game night, and after we’d ordered our food my brothers went into wash up and after not even too long of being in the restroom they come out and let a crew member know that their paper dispenser was on the bathroom counter, associate goes check it out and immediately profiled us and told us we had to leave because “the dispenser doesn’t just fall off like that” as he also mentioned “my crew members where in there five minutes before and didn’t mention anything” and so what accuse us of doing it?! Why? Why blame us for something that we just wanted to do right for and being it to their attention? That was completely unfair. And for sure gives me a reason to not want to return to that location, their manager Kaleb needs to be put on check, because the many times we’d been to that store nothing was ever wrong until today we were wrongfully accused and profiled when there was also more customers in the lobby, and straight blamed us, even though we told them they were more than welcome to check their cameras for anything suspicious motions or anything

*This was the manager and who knows maybe he felt like he had power with his position and maybe it’s not right for him considering he showed no right analyzation to the situation and was definitely not the best...

Been here before without an issue, but this visit I ordered the chicken sandwich. I lifted the bun and noticed a lack of sauce so returned to the counter to ask for some sauce. The girl behind the counter said I had to pay for it! I showed her that there wasn't much in my sandwich and she put the basket back through the window to the kitchen. The kitchen staff placed a tub of sauce in my basket without touching my food. However, the girl at the counter picked up my basket and then with her hand lifted up the bun to look to see if the kitchen had put any sauce in there!! The same hand that she is using to touch everyone else's food baskets, the counter and goodness knows what else at the front counter! I was stunned by that, but she just gave me the basket, turned and went on her way.... I expect the kitchen staff to follow hygiene protocols while making the food, and the front of house staff dealing with the public NOT to touch my food!! I didn't eat the bun needless to say. I will go elsewhere...
